I have been with this storage on…
I have been with this storage on Sheffield in Chicago for a long time (I mean it's storage) I have definitely seen a decline in accessibility since the pandemic and a very saddening turn on customer service here at this location at least.

Waders need for storage access

I was contacted by the staff about my problem this morning. When writing this review I was emotionally charged and did not have all the facts. A pipe busted resulting in the water damage and a reasonable solution to my problem has been reached.
Just came back from my unit and the basement has about 2 inches of water. I'm sure its been there for more than a day. Apparently the staff that works there doesn't care about clean up. ALOT of stuff ruined. Only been there 2 months

I have used several storage units in the city. Your property is my favorite. Easy in and out, you have parking which is HUGE! Nice office staff and very helpful.
