We’re really sorry to hear about the frustration with the delivery timing. We completely understand how disappointing it can feel when you’re excited about a dress and it hasn’t arrived as quickly as expected.

While we unfortunately don’t have control over what happens to a package once it’s in the hands of the carrier, we do take shipping issues and delays very seriously and will always do what we can to help.

After reviewing your order, I can see that your purchase was placed at 5:00 PM on Friday, February 27th, and your order was processed and shipped on Monday, March 2nd, which was the very next business day. At checkout, economy/standard shipping was selected. Our shipping policy states that economy delivery typically takes 5–9 business days, which would make Thursday, March 12th the 9th business day in the delivery window.

If your package has not arrived by the end of day on March 12th, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@selfieleslie.com, and we will absolutely work with you to track down your order and make this right.

Beautiful dress

Beautiful dress. Nice quality. Color exactly like the photo displays. Order a size up, esp if you have larger breasts. ( if they are really big, this is not your dress) I am 5’4. 145# and a large fits great. Would buy again.

I am amending my review from one star for failing to disclose the “required signature upon delivery on orders over $300” to FOUR stars based on the customer support I received from Ryan, Customer Service Management.

Backstory, i purchased three dresses for my brothers wedding, but was not informed in the checkout process that, based on the cost of the order, my signature would be required for delivery. This information was paramount, as my work schedule does not allow me to be home when my local post office delivers to my address, nor does anyone live in the residence who could have accepted the package on my behalf.

I came home on delivery day to a “sorry we missed you” notice from USPS along with instructions to schedule redelivery. I followed the instructions & received USPS confirmation, but my order never came. I reached out to Selfie Lesley with my issue, and was advised that after 15 days with no delivery, I could request assistance in locating my package.

Once the 15-day window had passed and I was able to request support for my missing order, Ryan stepped in, contacted my local USPS branch on my behalf, determining the options available to me (post office pickup, redelivery, return) and negotiating the process from start to finish. I didn’t have to do a single thing, which exceeded my expectations.

As I explained to Ryan, I don’t take issue with the signature-for-delivery policy, only that I was not informed of the policy. In the end, while I didn’t end up with the adorable wedding guest dress I had purchased, I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. From what I could gather, Selfie Lesley’s clothing is adorable and reasonably priced, the shipping speed was very quick, and ultimately their customer service team proved their worth.

I would amend my review for a second time to a full 5-out-of-5 if they were to change their checkout process to include notification of the signature requirement.

That all being said, I absolutely would purchase from this company again.

After reviewing your support conversation, we can see that you initially contacted our team regarding your recent purchase, letting us know that one dress did not fit and the other arrived with a rip on the side. Our support team responded promptly and let you know that we had started a return for a refund for the dress that didn’t fit and arranged an exchange/replacement for the dress that arrived defective.

When you replied asking what would happen with the faulty dress, our team confirmed that a replacement had been arranged, and you responded with “That was it. Thank you!”

Shortly after, you followed up asking how quickly the replacement would be released. Since we release exchanges as soon as the carrier shows that the return is in transit back to us, we explained that timeline. However, when you mentioned that you needed the dress sooner than we could guarantee with that process, our team adjusted the resolution and changed the exchange to a full refund, allowing you to purchase the replacement dress right away and select expedited shipping if needed. We apologize if this was not the resolution you were hoping for.

We take feedback about our customer service very seriously because our goal is always to be helpful, responsive, and supportive. We never want any customer to walk away feeling frustrated or unsatisfied.

After reviewing your support history, we can see that you first contacted our team on February 19th at 8:57 AM asking about our return policy because you were considering purchasing several dresses to try on to wear at your wedding and return the ones you didn’t keep. A member of our team responded that same day just one minute later at 8:58 AM, explaining our return policy and confirming that this would absolutely be okay.

While we unfortunately aren’t able to respond that quickly to every message we receive, we do our best to reply to all inquiries within 48 hours or less, and more often than not within 24 hours.

We can also see that you proceeded with your order and then contacted us again on March 1st regarding the items you wanted to return. A team member responded the very next day on March 2nd, confirming we could assist with your return and asking a few questions about your preferred return type so we could get that started. After receiving your reply later that afternoon on March 2nd, our team followed up again on March 3rd, confirming that your return had been started and that we had sent you a pre-paid shipping label to use for the return.

We’re very sorry if that resolution did not feel quick enough given your time constraints. We truly value you as a customer and never want anyone to feel unsupported or frustrated when reaching out for help.

Ordered two dresses

Ordered two dresses. 1 match the description online and fit nicely. The second dress, however did not meet my expectations of how it looked online and was returned. The process was relatively simple however being charged a $10 return fee after being charged a $10 delivery fee is a bit much and likely will turn me off to future purchases

Dress review

I loved how accurate the dress was to the online photos, and how it was made with good quality material. Just so flattering on, and kept to true sizing, as well as arriving so fast. The only hiccup I had was that how fast the inventory sells out and how hard it was to find a dress that I loved that was still in my size.
