Frames lower quality over years
Purchased exactly the same frames twice before as my prescription changed over the years, but the quality of these frames is a lower quality. Will look for another company for future orders.

Was very disappointed with the lens on my glasses as it was so thick it is sticking out of the frames, not a good look I know I did not pay much for them but I did expect the lens to fit the frame.

Sorry to hear this. You do have a fairly high reading prescription that would likely result in thicker lenses, especially with the index selected. For your prescription we would recommend a higher index lens but this would be at an additional cost.

I purcased distance specs and they were perfect so ordered reading and ticked use same prescription the only one entered.These specs lenses were useless.I spoke to an operative who said i had entered the wrong prescription to which i explained that i only put one.He told me to view the website and additional data was present,not of my doing.This i explained but the advisor who clearly had been trained by the K G B and was programmed to admit nothing put the blame on me.I gave up, ordered from Specscart with same prescription and a perfect pair arrived overnight. Great, speedy service with good range of glasses. I liked that home trials were available so you can find the right frame before ordering. Prices are good (4 pairs for around £280) compared to high street opticians - there are other online providers I've used which are cheaper but lack the service (e.g. no home trial, slower dispatch). Overall, would recommend.

Sorry to hear this. Please do note that the selected frame was a non-stocked designer item displayed as 'available to order'. We do advise on our product pages that non-stocked designer frames can take up to 28 days to arrive with us.

The order was placed on the 28th February and the designer frame arrived with us on the 12th March. Please not that your order for multifocal lenses was completed and dispatched on the 14th April in line with our advised production timescales for non-stocked items (allow up to 28 days for the frame to arrive) with multifocal lenses (we quote 3-4 weeks for production of this lens type).
