Outstanding experience ordering my Golden Designs Barcelona Elite 2 person infared sauna. Select Saunas answered all my questions via email almost immediately and my mom who ordered around the same time had a really easy time getting questions answered over the phone. Select sauna called me the next day after my order to schedule shipment and they were able to deliver it two days later! Shipment was quick and easy. They use their own shipment company to deliver it directly to you so it’s not just UPS tossing your package in the driveway. The sauna was packed extremely well and not a single piece was broken or missing. The sauna took my wife and I about 15 minutes to put together and it works great. Heats up to full temp in about 40 minutes and we love it. If you are looking for a golden designs sauna (amazing company building quality saunas in California with great material) then there is no better authorized dealer than select saunas!

We’re amazed by our Golden Designs hybrid sauna. Expensive but worth every single penny. Gets hot and steamy and the infrared capability is the cherry on top. Really the best of both worlds.

Great customer service

Read up on reviews about lack of response and wrong items sent so made sure correct items were shipped and asked a lot of questions. Alex and Chris never took longer than 30 mins to reply to my emails and always picked up the phone. Even after hours on one occasion. Not sure what those reviews were about - couldn’t be happier with my experience and can happily recommend Select Sauna.

Excellent company with good products. Set clear delivery expectations from the start. The sauna pallet arrived well-packed and was carefully delivered by the Saia delivery agent. Construction was surprisingly easy with crystal clear instructions. I am more than happy to recommend the Almost Heaven Charleston barrel sauna from Select Saunas.

Just installed our new hot tub and took the first bath.
Was worried that not all the plastic/wood parts would seat tightly but this tub is of excellent quality, Customer support is the best I have EVER experienced! Quick and helpful answers both via email and phone.

Select Sauna customer service is like no other. They followed up on my request timely and even helped me 6 months after I purchased my Sauna with some questions I had regarding building it and parts. Had our first session in our new sauna last night. A Dundalk Georgian cabin. Gets hot and steamy fast with the Huum Drop 9 kilowatt. We are deeply impressed by the quality and charm of this thing.

Sauna took a long time to come in but the company communicated an accurate timeline. Every time I asked a question, it was answered within 48hrs.
Sauna was packaged great for shipping. Set up was pretty easy and sauna works great. Would/will definetly reccomend.

We love our barrel sauna that we ordered from Select Saunas. Everyone I worked with there was prompt, friendly and helpful. The customer service was outstanding. And we just love the sauna.
