If you win, they will never allow you to get your winnings.

Even by following all their rules of rollover and all, if you win many bets, they will restrict your account to place any more bets and will ask you to play casino but they will make it impossible to give you your winnings

Cleared their deposit bonus promotion and they took all of my winnings and claimed "bonus manipulation"

This is an absolutely gut-wrenchingly shameless, corrupt site. They have fixed games and have no qualms about robbing you blind. For example, TT Cup, Setka Cup, and Liga Pro table tennis is rigged to the tits. I went 0-16 and 1-21 in the last 36 hours.

It didn’t matter if I bet the favourite or slight underdog - somehow, someway they would screw me out of my money, and I would end up losing the match. I can’t tell you how many times I have been up 2 sets to 0, only to lose three consecutive, or I will be up 7-2, or 8-3 only to lose 11-7 or 11-8, respectively.

Also when live betting it is somehow okay for them to block odds that drop for a player but they will non-chalantly take your bet if your odds start to sky rocket for the worse. There’s not even an option to change the type of odds acceptance (e.g. accept any odds, take only better odds, etc.) This is the only site in the world that doesn’t have various odd settings. And why does my profile default to German every single log in? Where is the auto-login (remember my ID/PW) setting? This site is a one way street to doomsday - avoid this site at all costs. They are inexcusably evil and should burn in eternal hell for their sins.

my deposit was 1264 cad.
I placed 20+ bets with different odds and won 800 cad. so my balance is now 2050 cad.

I requested withdrawal and casino requested: photos of my ID, selfie with ID in hand, notarized ID, address confirmation documents.

After sending all those documents nobody answer me anymore and I still can't withdrawal my win. and even my deposit :-(

In live chat I have always the same answer: we will contact You as soon as possible. they do not answer on my emails.

It is very hard for us to write about this story. It happened today, we just hope it is not going to happen with us. Unfortunately it looks serious.
Me and my wife made a registration on this website. She create a profile and me too for myself. They allow to put money to my account and I loose a lot money. After I loose my wife stars to play and she won a lot. She was so happy because I loose before and she win. She used her card,she register eith her name. Only problem we usually love to use similar nickname,because we are couple. So today, after 2 weeks waiting we got a bad news. We are close to cry. They said it is duplicate account. Can you imagine, me I m man,she is a woman. Different persons. And they took all of we win. At this moment we are waiting for to get back that she put to the account. They stole her money. It was close to 190 million hungarian ft. This email and review it is just the start. I already speak with our lawyer who start the case to contact with the international police department who responsible things like this. We have many screenshots,videos,speaks,emails. We don t cheat and we don t use the same laptop,we don t use the same ip or anything else. She played. Bellona NV they are bad people. We are really close to cry. Guys they are the biggest cheaters ever. I alredy contact with important people in Hungary to start cancel their service and make it not available in Hungary. This site is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Offered me a welcome bonus, I played the minimum $2100 in bets, won and received the max $300 in cash. They then accused me of bonus manipulation and took back the $300 when I tried to withdraw. DO NOT USE THIS SITE AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!

Anaways, If I knew that before playing I wouldn't put a dime, but my fault if i did not read. Anaways I deposit 200$ and it showed 100$, I chatted to tell them there was a mistake and send them my bank report showing they took 200$ and they did not do nothing. Worts betting site you have to rollover your deposit 5 times!!!! Before they pay! Means if you deposit 10$ you will have to do a stake of 50$ minimum vlbefore you can even get a dollar back ,

For me it was the opposite. Opened two accounts and then support was great and reached out to me to me it was agains policy (this is with ALL online casinos). So they deleted one account and I made my deposit.

I won in casino and lost in sportsbetting (best platform out there)

Please do not use this site. They have awful customer service, they don't read questions clearly and take forever to respond. I've been on the site for only about 3 weeks and I've had problems depositing, withdrawing and bet winnings not being paid out. The sportsbook itself is one of the worst I've played on, very little prop play options, no cash out feature, UI is awkward to navigate on mobile etc.
