Great customer service

After my watch breaking on me, I sent it back to Sekonda and was able to get and upgrade free of charge! Thanks to Amina and the rest of the team for helping me get the right watch best suited for my needs, I am very happy to have a new watch coming my way. Credit where credit is due, Amina was fantastic.

I’ve had to take 2 back in the space of…

I’ve had to take 2 back in the space of a month. The first one stopped registering my heart rate and the lights on the back wouldn’t off. The replacement one now won’t change or turn on. Really disappointing as I love the strap and can’t find another watch like it.

Not accurate for fitness

The watch itself is very well made and looks classy, but I was purchasing to replace my fitbit and unfortunately I found pretty much all of the fitness services it offers not at all accurate. It doesn't record steps very well and definitely doesn't record calories burned very accurately. I had the watch set to fitness in the gym and it told me after an hour working out, I'd burned only 3 calories. As a watch, it is very nice, but for fitness I found it to be lacking in all areas. It's also worth mentioning that the part that allows you to read your messages from your phone is also lacking, the font is very small and there is no option to zoom in or magnify at all and you can literally only read your messages, you can't send a reply or mark as read. The write up for this watch doesnt make that clear at all. I ended up returning my watch and I have to say Sekonda customer service was very prompt and made returning it for a full refund really easy. I wouldn't be able to fault them for that.

Sekonda Active smart watch (1912) rear…

Sekonda Active smart watch (1912) rear charge contacts failed. Started playing up around 24months (has 2yr warranty plastered on the box). Initially a wipe and a faff would get it charging. Didn't realise it would fail completely. Watch now dead and won't charge. Contacted Sekonda warranty 26months from purchase. Unit is to go to land fill. Very disappointing. You'd hope a branded smartwatch would last longer than 26month. Save your money and avoid. Stick to a 10quid casio digital, will last years and years and years.

Follow up (18.02.2026):
Following Sekonda's prompt reply on here advising me to contact their customer service team, I emailed them. A couple of week later now - not a peep heard back.😞

Great buy

Bought the Sekonda Active Pro Smart Watch about 6 months ago, what a great buy. Multiple options to change the face display, the watch can track exercise, sleep, heart rate, steps and so much more. Best of all I only charge it once every 5 days or so.

Beautiful watch

I ordered a beautiful watch that I had had my eye on for a while. Numerous hints to my hubby fell on deaf ears...so I treated myself ...and I also treated myself to a necklace. The necklace is snug fitting as is the watch.
But an extra link will solve that minor problem.
I was kept up-to-date with packaging and postage etc and it arrived promptly in nice secure packaging.

I can't get this to connect to my…

I can't get this to connect to my phone. I have been through all the YouTube vids and the advice pages from Sekonda. I'll try to find a customer service phone number and see if that sorts it otherwise I've just wasted £60
