They don't have any contact in the UK even though they have a co.uk domain.
I also informed about this to namecheap the hosting firm that they are using and nominet who provided the domain. I wanted to reach them by using their nominet information but was not able to find their UK contact details.
They have illegal information on their return policy according to UK law.
There is no cancellation link, besides they don't have any contact address, phone nothing.
This company's victims are increasing day by day dramatically. Authorities should take action as soon as possible. I am ready to give every information. There is no one in the UK that you can get in touch for this company and not sure if it is a company or not.
If you are also a victim of this company call your bank to cancel transaction asap!....

This is rubbish. A waste of money. It's so inaccurate.

I bought the smart ring mistaking it for Sekonda. Ring finally connected to my phone after trying fir several days. The Ectri app it goes though seemed to work for a while. Then stopped working so uninstall it to re install but the Ectri app has now disappeared from play store so ring is now no good at all. Total waste of £109. Have emailed Sekoda but like everyone else not had any response. DO NOT BUY FROM SEKODA RIP OFF!!!

My Sekoda GPS Sports Watch started with the BACK button not working. Now it has died completely in just over 1 month. The back of the watch shows signs that the waterseal has failed. Numerous attempts to get support has failed. Do not buy anything from this company.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! Bought a GPS smart watch, picked out by my dad as a present for himself. Wish I’d done more research… tracking information didn’t work, upon contact got a link to a Chinese website. Unbranded watch showed up. Half the functions don’t work. The ring and vibration feature for notifications hardly grabs your attention. It’s a cheap Chinese watch resold by a company pretending to be Sekonda. There are some good reviews out there for this watch, even makes a top 10, but that seems like a scam too after seeing it in person. DO NOT BUY FROM SEKODA

Bought the Sekoda Smart Ring. It’s ok. Battery life is good. Info wildly inaccurate. I wake up at 6am daily and it said I was in a deep sleep until 7.34 today. I wasn’t. It also claims I’m doing nearly 18,000 steps a day. I’m not. My normal distance is around 10 - 12,000 steps so it must be counting arm movements. Blood pressure does not match numbers of a proper monitor.
I’m not particularly impressed.
I originally bought a £7.95 smart ring from Temu, it was far more accurate and I’ll probably go back to it. They are all made in China anyway, so why pay so much more for the same thing?
I would advise you not to waste your money and go buy a Temu one!

Bought an item. Emailed and asked to change order which they ignored and shipped the wrong item

I was fooled by the .co.uk website and purchased the smart ring. Despite following their sizing guide it was way too big but on enquiring about refund or exchange I am told that I can spend £35 on shipping back to china plus a £15 processing fee. Do not give these people your hard earned money

I think this company is putting up reviews saying their products are first in class but in reality just cheap chinese products.

Only given one star because they at least answered my emails. Purchased the sekoda GPS watch because of the satellite GPS and the photos showing maps on this watch. Maps are the main reason I purchased it but unfortunately it doesn't come with them. When I questioned the picture showing maps they didn't respond to this. They offered 3% discount if I kept it but I had to pay postage to return it , which is fair enough. They also wanted postage for me receiving the watch and a 15% restocking fee. So basically £85 to return. Very disappointed that I now have a watch I don't want all because of a misleading photo.
