Do not buy anything from this company
Do not buy anything from this company. My wife brought me the GPS smartwatch as a Christmas present and after 2 months buttons stopped functioning, after three months the watch in general stopped functioning, and then stopped charging.
The company’s response was to make you go round in circles with the “customer service” and then never actually resolve anything and in the end stop replying to anything all together.
The worst part is as the company is not based in the Uk there’s nothing you can do about it.
Please avoid at all costs unless you have money to burn
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I purchased a GPS smartwatch just over seven months ago, and it has completely failed. What started as the watch endlessly restarting itself quickly escalated into the vibration becoming permanently stuck on. After performing a factory reset, a white line appeared on the right-hand side of the screen, which gradually spread until the entire display started glitching. I attempted another reset, and now the watch will not turn on at all.
I contacted the company for support, expecting a replacement or repair given that this is clearly a hardware fault. Instead, they refused to help, claiming the issue was caused by “accidental damage” because the watch was working when delivered. This is completely unacceptable. I provided clear photos showing the watch is in immaculate condition with absolutely no signs of damage, yet they continue to repeat the same generic response and refuse to take responsibility.
Extremely poor product quality and even worse customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to look elsewhere.
Terrible
Terrible. No follow up on delivery date. Tried to cancel order and receive refund. No response. Completely bogus company.
Sekoda is selling crap products
Sekoda is selling crap products. I just ordered headphones. The fit is not good. They fall out easily. The sound is tinny and the noise cancelling is not great. The return policy is ridiculous. You get nothing back. Do not purchase these products.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these crooks
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these crooks. The website makes completely false claims & includes both false testaments/reports on their products & assurances/guarantees they will not honour!
I bought a 'smart watch' from the which failed completely after less than 2 months normal use & they refused to either repair/replace the product or refund the purchase price.
This Company should be banned from advertising on the internet as it is clearly run by a bunch of crooks!
It’s a complete scam
It’s a complete scam. Don’t buy one. I tried for months to get a refund out of them and had to give up. Unfortunately the Chinese are not always trustworthy!
Waiting for my watch
Waiting for my watch . No record of it. Does this site exist.
A dud so called sports watch .
The Company Sekoda sent the watch Feb 2026. The GPS sports watch appeared ok for about three weeks. It then started playing up and then the screen went white and the black. As instructed by the company I followed all instructions. Total duck shoving followed. Many different names attached to the e mails. Excuses were not applicable to my use of the watch. The number of strange names attached to my requests indicated a scam . My wife bought the watch as a gift. I feel sorry for her more than myself.
I woke up to the scam as soon as I got…
I woke up to the scam as soon as I got the tracking info and found it was coming from China instead of the UK. I immediately started the refund process and was told the same things as all the other reviews here. I was so angry that I decided to go ahead and do it. I sent it back the day I received it- didn’t even open the box, just relabeled it to their very strict specifications- to the letter. It got all the way to their local post office- which then “held in inner office for payment of tax”. There should NOT be tax on returned merchandise. I contacted Sekoda again to resolve this, to be told that they do not deal with ‘customs’ as I was told. It cleared customs- this was a “tax”. USPS did an elevated International query for me and told me that they and I cannot resolve it myself- it must be done by them- which they refuse. So, my credit card did a take back and refunded me. And NOW, they are threatening to send me to a collection agency if I don’t return it- which they know I did. Crazy making.
Do not let them stall you
Do not let them stall you!
How to get your money back:Sekoda sells poor quality smartwatches and uses a deceptive tactic called "diagnostic looping." If your watch breaks within 6 months, they will tell you they are sending your case for "technical verification." This is a scam tactic designed to stall you until your bank's standard 120-day dispute window expires. If you are stuck in this loop, stop emailing them and take these two steps immediately:Report them to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service online right now. This alerts Trading Standards to their fraudulent stalling practices.Contact your bank and demand a Visa or Mastercard Chargeback. If your bank tells you that 120 days have passed since you bought it, tell them they are wrong. Under global Visa/Mastercard Core Rules (Condition 13.1), the 120-day limit for defective goods starts from the "Date of Discovery" (the day it broke), up to a maximum cap of 540 days from purchase. Force your bank to escalate it to a formal complaint.Do not let Sekoda run down your clock. Report them and claim your money back through your card provider!
bought a GPS sports watch
bought a GPS sports watch, total waste of money - never functioned, therefore never used. Tried to return it, it was never received by them?
Would recommend total avoidance
They are scammers
⁹They are scammers, got charged $25 for restocking fees for a item that never shipped. Sent $249 for an item, canceled a couple hrs later, when I leaned it was shipping from China. At this point, have received $224.10. Gave a bullshit excuse about restocking fee's. Item never left the shelf, simply an automated action that customer service had no option to correct. Wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from them!!! $25 live and learn lesson.
GPS Smart watch
I bought the Sekoda GPS Smart watch and it has been faulty from day one. The speaker was crackling and it took 2 minutes to get a GPS signal. I have contacted Sekoda and they are super slow in responding. After 5 months of back and forth, they are still not willing to offer any resolution to the problem. It is the worst service I have received and I would not recommend to buy anything from them.

I bought 2 sets of XY70 earbuds in January. First set, right earbud quit working after 2 weeks. I contacted someone named Leo thru email. He told me to clean contacts and other stupid things. Did everything he told me to do. Earbuds still don't work and now they do not respond to my emails. I would avoid doing business with these losers. I have purchased a set of JBL earbuds and really wish I had done that in the first place.

The only reason I have given a star is so I can review.
Pros-battery life excellent 30+days
Cons
-heart rate monitor didn’t work from day1.
-other features started to fail weeks after.
-touch screen wouldn’t work.
-time out of sync.
- customer service THE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
We followed protocol and emailed them the day after we received the watch, sent photo evidence as requested. They took one whole month to reply, then informed us we were out side of the 30day returns policy and offered us 3% cash back😂.
At this moment in time I would have been happy with an exchange thinking it’s a ‘one off’ faulty product. We continued with correspondence demanding a refund. Generic emails were coming back CONSTANTLY. Asking for photo/video evidence for there ‘technical’ review. Every time circulating back to either, damaged caused by user, took to long to make contact for review or offering little money back or 10% off a new purchase.
This went on for 6months. Eventually we managed to get our money back but only through the banks as we had detailed evidence of asking since day1.
I advise you avoid like the plague
Ordered the Sekoda Pro 8 razor and…
Ordered the Sekoda Pro 8 razor and attachments. Razor arrived with no attachments and no interchangeable shaving head as pictured in their advertisement. The product was shipped and billed by Candant Hong Kong HKG. Total amount billed was $118.99 USD. I would like to return the product and get a refund for total amount billed. A US shipping address was provided on the package however there is no information regarding returns/refunds included.
Dont buy Sekoda!!!
Good Evening,
Thought I would provide an update on my experience with SEKODA. Since my last review in April 2026, my experience has not improved and have now decided not to push any further.
In a nutshell, I have followed up on a weekly basis asking how my watch repair/return was progressing. I was receiving timely responses, and was offered 40% discount off a new purchase (I declined), and then was offered a 50% discount on a new purchase (Which I declined). I even received an email that they were very apologetic and would replace my watch for no charge and to look out for an email of tracking details. Fantastic I thought! Finally!...This is the last time I have heard from Sekoda Customer service, and a weekly email is getting no responses. soo disapointed. Anyway! It has taught me a lesson to stick to the reputable brands (Garmin, Apple, Fitbit etc.)
Do not pucrhase a Sekoda Watch. I bought at the end of last year. I have been an apple watch user, and thought I would try and save some money and buy this watch. (Wrong Move!) It ticked all the boxes when I received it, and was thoroughly enjoying it, until the screen went black and never restarted. I contacted the support team, and to my surprise they were very supportive, offering suggestions on how to fix etc. It got to a point where the support team were happy to offer a special 10% discount off a new purchase or wait for repair. I have waited, and 3 months later I have now been offered a 30% discount off a new watch or wait for repair. They have now advised user wear & tear being the issue so unable to provide a full refund. (I used the watch for approx 6 weeks only). The replies are stalling tactics and I follow-up every week to check progress. To this day I am still waiting...I will keep everybody updated when/If i receive my watch back....I'm happy to show all correspondance to anyone interested.
GENERIC SMARTWATCH
The smartwatch being sold as a "sekoda" is a generic dm58 made in china to imitate the amazfit t-rex3.
Its a good copycat but you can purchase it from any large retailer (temu, aliexpress) if you look for the right nametag "dm58" for 30-40e. "sekoda" is most likely buying in bulk and selling them rebranded at overpriced 100e - 1××e rates.
Return policy is almost non existent as you will read in other coments here or elsewhere; be very careful, internet pirates!
Foolishly ordered and then checked…
Foolishly ordered and then checked reviews. Then when the package arrived the goods had been stolen, it was opened, and badly sellotaped shut. Now months later after I reclaimed my money through my bank, they are emailing me threatening action. I have responded that I tried to report the theft and as I couldn’t contact them, I went through my bank. They have no legal standing here but continue to threaten. If I had been able to find any customer services contact I’d have told them at the time! But there was literally nothing!
Do not buy from this company!!
