Just had a new front door installed by SEH BAC…
Beautiful door, expertly installed by Gavin H …. Can’t wait for the windows later this month

I've left it for a year before I did a review to give it a fair review of the windows and doors and service we received.

After having 5 quotes for new windows and doors in our house we decided to go with fineline/seh bac windows.Some window quotes from other companies were of a lesser quality (in our opinion)and some wanted 95% deposit before we took delivery of the products,this did not fit comfortably with us.Seh bac offered a £99 down and a 12 month 0% interest free option with pay in full with no fees as long as you don't go past the 12 months.This gave us confidence to use this company as the 12 month period does not start until we have signed a satisfactory certificate.

We had the windows and doors fitted by Marc and Nigel who were great guys and great fitters.

Darren the Works manager was helpful professional and fair he made sure that if there was something we did not like or were worried about he would come out address the problem and sort the problem if needed.

We did have some issues one door and french doors moved in the frames, one window frame was damaged french doors had a scratch across the frame and the doors, some of the glass fitted were scratched an escuseun plate (where the key goes in) went rusty on one of the front doors. Some of the windows that opened moved slightly causing the handles locking mechanism to hit the striking plate when closing.Long door handle scratched.
All above were fixed to our satisfaction, (except 1 peace of glass ) glass scratches were a little bit hard work and negotiation as there are certain conditions which we were told that they were allowed to supply and fit scratch glass....which i still don't agree with.

After a year of having our windows fitted what can we say other than we love them the style of frame that we chose is absolutely fantastic the colour which was anthracite we love.
We loved using the company their professionalism their options to pay and would definitely use them again for other projects that we have coming up.

It was a big decision and a big cost for us and at the end seh bac did everything they promised and more.

Our garage doors were 30 years old and needed replacing. Had a competitive quotation from SEH BAC who did a great job installing them. Big shout out to Andy & Aaron who fitted them.

From start to finish we had great service. The salesman (Gus) was very knowledgeable and helped us with our decision. Stacey from reception was very friendly and kept us informed what was happening. Gav T installed our new door yesterday and we couldn't be happier. He was a great guy, very friendly and professional and gave so much attention to detail. We would 100% recommend SEH.

Have used this company before for our garden room, so had no hesitation in using them again for our new front door.

The fitting of my new front door went so well that I decided to replace all my windows as well. I am very happy with the result and John and Paul were excellent
and cheerful despite the terrible weather. I was amazed that my house was so clean afterwards and there was really a minimum of disruption. Very efficient company from the reception and advice received in their showroom to the efficency of every one that worked for them. Thank you

The staff took their time to explain and demonstrate the options. No pressure and are happy we got the product we needed.

We have just had a new windows, bifold door and front door fitted Our two fitters John and Paul took their time installed everything beautifully and left us fully satisfied, we are over the moon and the windows look beautiful so pleased excellent job thank you so much.

We had BAC windows before and were very pleased with them. The sales and surveyor were very good. However the two fitters are amazing. Both called Gavin. Hard working, very personable, helpful and accommodating. Great ambassadors for the company. The windows are superb.

Installation was seamless. Had issues with incorrect glass size for the porch door and same day the manager brought the correct size to fit. Also the glass in my front door was the incorrect glass which was instantly put on order for a weeks time to correct. Massive thank you to Ryan and Connor for being friendly and polite especially with my dog. As well as their manager for correcting faults efficiently.

From the first contact to the sales advice , after sales communication and installation everyone has been helpful and informative.
Marc and Nigel showed up on time to install and worked so well as a team efficiently and quickly.
They cleared as they worked and were a pleasure to have around. Clearly they both know exactly what they are doing.
The quality and finish of the windows is excellent.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for good value.
If they install in your area don’t look anywhere else.

Excellent communication with Sales (Ged Maloney), surveyor and the fitters (Paul & Lee) - very pleased with the job.
Paperwork (all emailed) said to pay the balance, on completion, to the fitters and gave details for paying by cheque. I twice rquested Bank details for transfer, these were not forthcoming. Fitters could not take a cheque; nor the Chelmsford showroom. Please update your paperwork to remove cheque payment as an option.
