I am genuinely relieved to finally receive what appears to be a real response.
I would like to explain my situation clearly, because I strongly believe that the suspension of my account is based on a misunderstanding.
My account was closed due to “spam,” but I did not engage in spam behavior.
Please review my messages carefully — there is context and purpose behind every message.
I currently have approximately 2,200 friends on the platform. Recently, I contacted them regarding my plan to become a webcam model. Over the past week to 10 days, I asked my friends for username suggestions for my upcoming model account. I received many ideas and eventually selected 24 names. I then created pair polls to choose the final name.
After deciding on a name, my next step was to inform the same group about:
my streaming concept,
my expected streaming schedule, and
the final model account name.
If I had attempted to deliver all of this information individually to each of my 2,200 friends, the total number of messages would have been enormous:
2,200 × 3 = 6,600 messages just to share the concept, schedule, and announcement,
2,200 × 12 = 26,400 messages solely for the username polls,
totaling 33,000+ messages.
💡 This is exactly why I chose to send only one single message instead of tens of thousands.
The message you flagged was actually meant to prevent spam, not create it.
A single informational message sent to existing, voluntary friends is far less disruptive than tens of thousands of individual messages. Therefore, I believe the automated system misinterpreted my action as spam, while my intention was the opposite — to avoid unnecessary message flooding.
Additionally, this suspension has directly and negatively affected me.
I was preparing to start streaming as a new model, and I have many friends and followers waiting for updates. All of my communication for my upcoming launch is tied to this account, and the sudden suspension has interrupted my work and plans.
Given all of this:
the message had a legitimate purpose,
it was sent to existing contacts,
it prevented mass messaging,
and I was preparing to start streaming on your platform, which would generate activity and revenue for Stripchat,
…I kindly and respectfully request that my account be re-reviewed and reinstated.
This appears to be an honest misunderstanding, and resolving it would allow me to continue my plans to stream on Stripchat without further issues.
In this process, I would like to state that I am ready to provide all kinds of documents and cooperation and am waiting for your help in reactivating my account, converting my user account to a model account if possible, or establishing a new model account from scratch if necessary.
