Stay away!
I would have given no star, if this had been possible. I strongly advise to stay away from this company. I ordered a segboard with express delivery (the latter is the only option, which maybe should have rung alarm bells...). The order was not received within ca. 5 days, which is when I saw newly posted reviews on trustpilot for this company that sounded very familiar. I cancelled the order immediately by email and also by phone. The man on the other end of the phone line said he would send email confirmation of the cancellation of my order and that I could expect the refund within 5 working days - neither happened. I did not get any email replies to my several emails and after having got through to them by phone twice, another week later, there was no way to get through by phone (endless waiting loop and then a faulty line). Do not waste your time ordering from this company!
