Diabolical!
Dogs bed came back saturated with urine and poo.
Dog was in trauma.
Dog was starving ,he was drenched in wee and his coat matted.
He was there for 4 nights.
His blanket for his bed was mot given back.
They didn't look at his up to date vaccines certificate, but on the website demand it is provided
I feel like a criminal for leaving him there.
I definitely do not recommend these kennels.
Absolutely awful.
Nothing good to say at all.

A big thank you to Terry for once again taking such good care of Alf and Tilly. Cannot recommend you guy's enough. Definitely worth your 5 stars.

Terry & the boys have looked after 4 of our dogs on a few occasions now. A couple of which can be a little fruity.

Fab experience from start to finish fantastic service. As a dog trainer I always recommend these guys to my clients it's great to be able to go away knowing our little treasures are in great hands.

Bobby, our much loved border collie has had his holidays at Lord Sefton Kennels since he was a pup of eight months, he visits around four times a year. When we drop him off he can’t wait to get out the car, he doesn’t look back, wags his tail at the staff and off he trots into the kennels, we never worry about him as we know he is expert hands whilst he is away from home, thanks to everyone for giving him such good care it is much appreciated .

My dogs have been in various times since 2018 and they absolutely love going! We drop them off and they can’t wait to get in there! When we collect them they are happy, content and relaxed! I never worry about them and wouldn’t take them anywhere else! Special shout out to Terry.! He worked some magic and fitted us in last minute!

Absolutely disgraceful kennels! When we arrived we weren't even asked for vaccination cards!!! All we had to do was fill in a form & 'tick' that they had, had their vaccinations, something that ANY irresponsible dog owner whose dog HADN'T had their vaccinatuons could do if they chose to. When my partner went to collect him she was heartbroken & absolutely appalled to discover his bed & blanket were not just damp, or even a little wet (which would have been bad enough), but were absolutely saturated in urine. When we brought him home he was not his usual self at all. He is, & always has been, a freindly & happy dog, so full of life. Instead he was quiet & just sat by the side of us shaking all evening. The next morning he was still shaky & had a poorly tummy & diahorrea. Please do not let your pets anywhere near this 'so called' kennels.' If you value your pets health & well being please 'STAY WELL AWAY!!!!'

Wouldn't put our Boy with anyone else...... Benji literally doesn't stop wagging his tail from the moment we arrive.... We get regular updates via Instagram and facebook so the kids (and adults 😉) no he's happy......our boys home from home......he always comes home happy clean and full of life 🐕

Just had my dog brought back by their new taxie service the staff are lovley and the kennels are always clean and dogs are always walked and played with would reccomdend lord Sefton boarding kennels but book early as they book up really fast

Have used the kennels 4 times now they are the best,very clean, they walk the dog a couple of times a day they play with the dogs you get Facebook updates and most of all the dog looks happy and clean when you pick it up. Would highly recommend

Wouldn't put our dogs anywhere else. Terry and the staff are so caring. The dogs love going there. The kennels are purpose built, clean spacious with an indoor part as well as a run part. There is a sand paddock that they get to play in with the staff throughout the day and all the reen space for their walks.
