5* for responsiveness, 1* for resolution and policies. Won't refund original form of payment (credit card). Asks you to provide your Venmo, PayPal or Bank Account. LOL, sure, I will provide some random company I didn't even order from my bank account.
Ordered from Cigman, who apparently uses Seel for delivery issues and refund support. Chatted with an agent, he confirmed package was not delivered to the address provided on order, said he could not assist with a refund. Said to email Seel customer support and they can resolve.
Did that and got total run around and was then told that I had to go into their system and request refund since package showed delivered.

Not only have not honoured consumer protection laws but they have actually tried to negotiate a 50% refund and asked if I would mind trying to get the product fixed myself. I purchased a tent that has leaked every day it has been erected and sent 3 pictures evidencing this. After I completed the process to request a refund I set to dry out the tent and pack it back up and they are now asking for more pictures and no option to decline the 50% refund. Further to this I have emailed three times over the course of five days the only email address they will give or provide as this is the only option to challenge this companies poor response, not one single reply. I was told by them i have two options upload more pictures- with that I would need to be able to make it rain some how or opt out of refund. To add i paid a further extra £5 for an early delivery and it was two days late.
