Refund came really fast
I had a hard time submitting claim because everytime I added the pictures it took me back to the beginning. Once I figured out that you need to add the comments before adding the pictures. I was able to submit the claim fast and easy. The refund was sent really fast.

100% refund: Delivered but nowhere to be found!
I received an email stating my product was delivered but is was nowhere to be found. A quick chat with Seel and they refunded my money 100% of the cost, less the insurance fee of course, but that is minor compared to losing the total cost of the item! Now I will be able to reorder the product I originally purchased and require a signature upon delivery if the option is available.
