All bulbs arrived in suitable bags
All bulbs arrived in suitable bags, carefully labelled but some had started to grow and their growth tips had broken off. More packing material might have prevented this.

Bulbs received quickly
Bulbs received quickly . Was a bit disappointed that although purchased as a half price offer, bulbs were already sprouting and in ideal world the planting time had passed. However, probably my lack of knowledge, perhaps I should have realised.
Otherwise service all very good.

The sprouting bulbs are a good healthy sign and just means they've started the growing process, all you need to do now is pop them in their planting places either in borders or pots to flower in spring / summer, and as perennials they will grow back each year for you. Good, but not for beginners
I wouldn’t recommend this company for novice gardeners as the information on how to grow things is really limited. The boxes come with cards with information on lots of different flowers. There is detailed information for one of the types on the front of the card but then only basic details for everything else on the back so if I’ve had to use Google to give me more information. They also don’t tell you when to plant things.
I think the packaging and presentation is pretty good but I’ve done a similar thing with a vegetable company and their instructions were so much more helpful. They had online resources if you got stuck etc. So I think it’s just a matter of this box is great if you already have a basic understanding of what to do and look out for but not if you’re a beginner.
