my seed package was left ontop of my plant pots covering the seeds that I had just planted out and they have now died, the box was also wet through from the rain but thankfully the seed packets inside were not damaged. the box is supposed to fit through the letter box but for some reason did not get put through my letter box.

Hi Amelia, the boxes are delivered by your local postman via Royal Mail and they should deliver them as you normally receive parcels. Great packets of seeds but could have done with a bit more info for the anemone bulbs- wasn't sure which way to plant them! All nicely packed however and very quick delivery. Looking forward to planting out if it ever stops raining!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, received 3 seed potatoes, 1seems dead and the other two are tiny, re- ordered from another company and got a much better deal, more potatoes and free postage. I will not use this company again.
Well, not 24 hours later I receive an apology and a refund, thank you seed pantry, I wish more company’s were as quick to put right a problem, well done.

Unsure why some packets had fine roots only and some (of the same type) had small bulbs attached. Will only know how good they were when and if they germinate. Hope the bags with fibrous fine roots only will be ok.
