Overall I had a good experience, they replied to my emails in a quick manner and were understanding about my bank taking time to transfer money.

My order was a Rtx 5090 gpu, ryzen 9 7900x3d, 64g ddr5, 2tb ssd, pro x870-p motherboard, aio cool. So far it’s running smoothly and does all games max settings 4K(some little warmer then others but to be expected) cpu doesn’t overheat, all cords were plugged, cable management was nice in the back, and to top it off it was double boxed with foam on the interior to hold everything in place

My only complaint is the shipping service DPD sucks but that’s the only one really to do international, took about 2weeks total from order placement to arrival. Berlin Germany to Venice Italy.

Honestly really good job and helpful with questions, downside is shipping services suck lmao. Any questions just shoot them an email and they’ll answer

Good customer service, and very satisfied with my gaming pc!

Absolutely outstanding customer care and service, I bought my pc from Sedatech at Dec 22 2022 and with the ongoing instability and microcode issues with Intel 13th and 14th generation processors my cpu finally gave up the ghost and system became extremely unstable and I kept getting constant BOSDs and system kept crashing and I had only 22 days worth of warranty on my pc left so I contacted Sedatech and after trying online troubleshooting for several days we couldn’t fix the issue so they sent me a prepaid DHL label and kindly asked me to ship the pc back to them and because of the holiday the repairs took a bit longer then expected and i received back my pc yesterday in a fully functional state and completely repaired, since cpu and rams were the culprit so they were replaced, despite having 22 days worth of warranty my pc was completely repaired and shipped back to me completely free of charge, these guys are totally amazing and outstanding and they definitely deserve more recognition and respect 🫡

Ordered a custom computer, arrived fast and the computer was working as intended. It is cheaper to order a custom computer from Sedatech than to buy ready made computers from big name brands.

Nevertheless two points of concern (knocking down two stars):
- mounting of the case was disappointing: some of the screws of the case were so tight that they were impossible to unscrew, making troubleshooting (which was required: the GPU was disconnected from the motherboard, probably in transport) a huge pain.
- they cheaped out on the GPU, got a chinese (Manli) one, and I have some doubts on its durability. This is annoying especially since I ordered a rather high end computer. From my point of view, proposing low end variants of high end GPUs makes no sense, and doing so while not specifying it in the computer configurator is a bit desingenuous.

Overall decent, no great, not terrible. Recommend to build your computer yourself if you know what you are doing.

J'ai acheté un ordinateur "refroidissement passif" de SEDATECH FRANCE pour un usage domestique (pas de ventilateur; donc presque complètement silencieux), sans système d'exploitation. Il est arrivé rapidement et en parfait état. J'ai installé Ubuntu 18.04LTS sans problème, et je l'utilise pour streaming télé, musique, youtube, etc.

I bought a fan-free computer from SEDATECH FRANCE for home use (no fan means almost completely silent), without operating system. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I installed ubuntu 18.04LTS with no problems, and I am happily using it for streaming tv, music, youtube, etc.
