This has been a scam all along and I should not have fallen for it. Every time I've sent them money, they disappear! Then they come back and say we need a response and we need more money to send your check. This time they actually had me believing it. They shipped it by FedEx. Then, FedEx lost it. So I had to pay for a new delivery company. But they paid half, yeah right. That was 6 days ago. Still nothing. Now crickets. I'm a peaceful man, but I know what I would like to do. These people are despicable.

Completely fraudulent company. Investments were made, accounts closed with no replies to any communications. Warning - do not engage.

WTH I went on a site I have bin on before and they use you as a payment methode, I deposited 30$ to that site, and you guys just stole 60$ from me and the 30$ worst part is I did not even get my 30$ on the site, so they just took 90$ out off my pocket, what a scam

Awful customer service. I'm trying for a month now to get hold of someone to solve some problems and except for reception and Timothy who has nothing to do with my problems, no one ever answers the phone. Claire never bothered to reply to my emails, never answered my calls and despite leaving voice mails, never called me back. Then I've tried speaking with the PCI consultant and never answers the phone and never called me back. I'm trying to sell my business, I have clients with money ready but can't do anything as no one ever answers the phone to help me with anything. Worst company ever!

A dreadfully dishonest company. They claim to be a UK company, then later claim they are actually based in Malta so are not liable to report to the UK 's FCA.

Constant settlement delays, no option to get normal transaction reports with commissions, no ability to receive any payment confirmations from their side. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Never, ever trust this company with your merchant account. I have had the worst experience dealing with these people in the past few weeks. Despite running an international business with less than 0.01% charge-backs, this company said after months of handling our cards that they were unable to identify our business. What an absolutely dreadful nest of incompetence. Also they won't tell you that they actually went bust last year owing tens of millions of pounds to creditors.

Sadly, someone managed to use my card details from this company (prior to new ownership) and scammed me out of £522. I can't even claim it back through my bank. They don't answer the phone or emails so I am out of pocket. Hang your scamming heads in shame.

Totally fraudulent company, never trust these guys with your merchant account. They cheat you out of everything.
Don’t even reply back to their emails, phone calls or letters.
They will take all your merchant transaction revenue and leave you dry

TERRIBLE cheats, lying, thieving company. Don't use.

Why anyone who deals with this opaque and incompetent bunch need to have their heads read!
