Price gouging

Price gouging! I was horrified to see that the actual price for my U of A baseball tickets were $5.45 each. YOU charged me $25 per, plus a bunch of other "handling fees" that put my final charge at $79.00 !!! I can see how you want to make a little money, but your price was nothing short of outrageous. I will NEVER use your service again. I wish I could, in fact, CANCEL my tickets to get my money back, but I suppose now that they're in my hands I won't be allowed to. I am simply furious that you would basically cheat me this way. Shame on you!

This is my first time buying "zone"…

This is my first time buying "zone" tickets. This is a special occasion and my husband loves Ron White so I went ahead and splurged on the most expensive tickets (I bought 4 @ $666 ea counting all the fees) thinking I would get priority in seating. The tickets came back marked $69.50 ea and we are in row 11 which isn't horrible but certainly not great for the price I paid. I'm wondering if I should have just bought the cheaper tickets at $69.50 which it looks like I got. Also, there were buttons to select parking, meet and greet, etc. but none of the buttons worked and I saw no other info for those choices.

Never buy tickets through Secure Box Office

The performer, David Foster cancelled performance do to illness. I asked for a refund amounting to almost $600...was told it was not their policy to refund purchases. They suggested I sell the useless tickets to another party...any takers?
