I got my tickets.

I ordered 2 55.00 tickets but somehow my summary said I spent 350.00 in which I would never DO.
There was no empathy or understanding in how will this was a huge mistake and should had been an exception. My mental health has been affected.

Site doesn't seem to want valid criticism if it's not civil but has no issues charging $85 PER TICKET for a 'service fee.' I expect this review to be flagged and deleted like my $85 x 2. 0/10 would not use again.

Costs me $130 per ticket to sit on a wet chair outside with poor quality beer? then two tickets EACH require a $7 handling charge to be emailed to me in ONE EMAIL -surely I should only pay one handling charge for one email. Then the ticket comes with someone else's name on it who only payed $79 for the same ticket....

Unacceptable - get your act in gear, and treat the customer as the person that is keeping you in employment

instructions are not clear and specific. I just clicked on an email asking me if i received my order? What does that mean? I received an email confirming my order was placed , but i have not received my tickets yet. confusing.

Website says they purchase blocks of tickets from the venue. Found out after spending $342 for tickets that they purchase tickets from private individuals so basically they are scalpers. Any way I paid all this money to see a band I have wanted see for years. Had to spend another $300 through ticket master to see the concert because Scamming,stealing scalpers SecureBoxOffice never provided my tickets. DON’T waste your money with them!

I purchased tickets for a concert advertised for a certain date 6 months out. Shortly after the purchase, the date was changed and I could no longer attend. Absolutely no help was provided - now I'm stuck with VERY expensive tickets that I have to sell myself at no fault of my own. DO NOT USE this service.

Unhappy with myself for being STUPID enough to not not double check with other people who know how the box office RIP off works. This is my first concert. And the last on booked through your scam.

Ticket price was $40.00
General admission was $18.00
I paid, including fees, $170.00 per ticket.
Reading the prices, going by the $40.00 ticket price, I would be paying $132.00 for all 4 tickets. I was shocked, after pressing “Place Order” my total price was $686. And some change for 4 tickets.
I I could return the tickets, I certainly would. I will not use SecureBoxOffice again.
