I have an ISA with II and I needed to transfer transfer a
part of it to a Building sou., not the normal bank linked to the account and Jacob of II was very helpful, quick and clear.

There was a problem in withdrawal of funds due to Interactive Investor having an address of 13 years ago as our active address. This issue was addressed with Roberto who is now processing the Bank Transfer.

Fabio provided very good help in setting up and account and getting a password. He was very patient and provided an excellent service

I was telephoned on my mobile by Stuart, who organised the changeover from SHARES to Interactive Investor. He was very patient and explained everything that was required. A very pleasant young man, with a good command of English, you are very lucky to have Stuart working for the Interactive Investor.

I am a new customer of ii and after a frustrating time trying to resolve my issue by following the instructions and guidance on the ii website I resorted to calling the ii support number. I was directed through to Robert who asked me a number of questions to confirm I was who I said I was. After I had passed the security checks, Robert went through the problem I was having and identified the cause. I was really impressed with the service provided by Robert and by the way he dealt with my query. Good support personnel are so important and the way they interract with customers can keep or lose customers.

Prompt service

My wife and I are not great with computers and are concerned about financial transactions over the internet. Robert was extremely helpful and was able to achieve what we wanted so as to top up our ISAs but not commit our details online.

Called regarding incorrect name spelling (my fault) Spoke to a Teresa, very helpful bubbly girl (hope that's not un PC to say) who clearly explained what I needed to do. And options as I'm not very tech minded and may have needed to post items. Answered call quickly all good.
