These guys are running a scam.
They sold me a broken panel in a box that had multiple courier stickers on it, had been resealed multiple times with packing tape and looked like it was well used. Nete loaded the box into the back of my car. When I got home and opened the box, the glass was completely shattered. I immediately emailed them pics of the broken panel and said I would return it for a replacement. I was told they were out of stock of that particular panel and if I returned it, I’d get a refund. I returned it only to be told by Caroline that they can’t do a card refund, so the finance lady would do an EFT later when she gets back from lunch. That didn’t happen. I phoned the next day and was told the refund would happen that afternoon. Again, it didn’t happen. This happed 3 days in a row. When I asked to speak to the owner or someone in charge, I was told they are not there and they can’t give me their mobile number. It has been over a week now. I suspect they resell the same broken panel over and over promising a refund that never happens. I don’t know if SecureRite Distributors management are involved or if it is a scam by Nete and Caroline only. There is only a land line number and the people in charge are never there. Either way, SecureRite Distributors cannot be trusted.
