I took my mortgage out a few years ago with a different broker. Although I thought I had decent service, I have now since realised it was lacking. I managed to extend the repayment term of my mortgage, and got the best rate. Meaning my fear of not affording my mortgage was alleviated and the stress is now gone! I approached Darren & Milika to assist with my Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor mortgage. The scenario was pretty niche, and the broker I had used prior to approaching Secta Finance, essentially gave up.
Milika navigated multiple lenders criteria and presented us with two viable options. Milika applied with both lenders and ensured that the application process ran smoothly. We now have a mortgage offer in our hands.

His style is to be very thorough, clear when explaining products and had excellent communication during the entire process and helped navigate some bumps in the road to get this over the line. I highly recommend Secta Finance. I dealt with Darren over a number of weeks considering the options available with respect to school fee finance. Recently completed on a 2nd charge with Secta and, despite us having a fairly complicated financial setup and the volatility in the markets in recent weeks, Darren managed to find us a lender and navigate through all the challenges with ease and kept us informed the entire way. We have now managed to clear all our outstanding debt and spread the cost of the school fees for two children which makes them a bit more affordable. Couldn't have asked for a better or more personal service and happy to recommend Secta for anyone looking to do the same as us.
