I needed a transfer from Ezeiza to Aeroparque. Never used this company before - but it lived up to its good reviews. My driver (Favio?) was just where he was supposed to be when I arrived and everything ran to schedule (except the onward Flybondi flight from Aeroparque that was fashionable late!). I would definitely use the service again. Also very good communication on Whatsapp - always re-assuring to have this.

online booking was smooth, but venue is no good, show is excellent, staff at the front desk are stone cold, waitress are extremely rude, never asked for drinks order, kept on brushing against me when walking past, only bought a show only ticket, not a big spender...

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the tango show itself. The performers always give an incredible show.
Regarding drinks — with a show-only ticket, drinks and dinner are not included, and unfortunately, the venue doesn’t always offer the option to order extras depending on where you're seated. This isn't information I was informed about in advance either, and I understand how that can feel disappointing.
I’m sorry to hear about the attitude of the staff. That’s not something I can directly control, but I will pass your feedback along to the venue. Everyone should feel welcome, no matter which ticket they have.

Don’t book Tango show through this website!!!
Mmm, I am a little disappointed that the price difference for booking tango shows through the secrets of Buenos Aires website versus booking directly with the Tango show is sooo steep.
A ticket booked through secrets of Buenos Aires is easily 15USD more expensive. That adds up if you buy multiple.
Lesson learned! Book directly through the website of the tango show

To be fully transparent: I actually offer lower prices than the official tango show websites. Just a few examples:
• El Querandí: official price is 70 USD, I offer it for 62 USD
• El Viejo Almacén: official price is 70 USD, I offer it for 63 USD
It’s possible that a tango show updates its prices without letting me know — if that ever happens, just tell me and I’ll immediately negotiate the rate again. My goal is always to give you the best deal possible.

A few days in Buenos Aires
We had several transfers booked via Glenn and all of them worked like clockwork. We also booked a tango evening through Glenn at El Viejo Almacem. This was also a very nice experience that exceeded our expectation. All in all,very well arranged and I would definitely recommend "Secrets of Buenos Aires" to everybody visiting Buenos Aires.

A nice time was had
Our pick up driver was very nice. We were the first on the route, and watched him being very patient with late, silly people. Bravo. The meal was correct. Servers very nice. We are curious about the stuffed African trophy on the rear dining room wall. Who shot it, when, and where? The show was great.

Review of Tango experience
Glenn gave me lots of information and promptly and it was easy to do the booking etc . He also changed my venue the day before to allow a lesson . The tango show was amazing thanks , it was a memorable experience and the dancers were marvelous.

The meal was excellent, even though we were rushed to finish and move across the road, then had to wait 30 mins for everybody else to arrive. Also could not take our half-finished bottle of wine from the restaurant to the show!

Driver wasn't there
Our flight was late but I was sending updates to Nadia via Whatsapp regarding flight # & time. When we finally landed there was no one there to meet us. I contacted Nadia and she said the driver was following a different flight and they had to find another driver. By the time the new driver arrived at the airport and got us to the hotel we had missed our booked tour of a Gaucho Ranch and BBQ. The extra time it took your service cost us an all day tour which wasn't cheap and I couldn't get a refund. We would have made it if the driver was there when we landed. On top of that, he didn't speak any English.

Hi Elaine, I am truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration, especially since it affected your plans for the day. While flight delays are out of everyone’s control, I recognize that you expected the driver to be there upon arrival. Unfortunately, he was following another flight, and I sincerely apologize for that.
As soon as we were informed, we acted quickly to arrange another driver who was nearby. Within 15 minutes, he was there with you to take you to your hotel. While he did not speak English, my priority was to ensure you had transportation as soon as possible.
The car left Ezeiza at 08:00 AM, but due to the morning traffic rush—something unfortunately out of our control—the journey took longer than usual. Under normal conditions, the ride takes about 40 minutes, but traffic can be unpredictable.
If I had known you missed the tour, I would have happily reached out to the BBQ experience organizers to help find a solution. It's unfortunate they didn’t offer any flexibility for rescheduling.
I always do my best to resolve issues as quickly as possible. I truly appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving my service.

Easy and reliable
Used service twice. Once from EZE to downtown Buenos Aires and once from AEP to EZE. On both occasions driver was waiting for us in the designated area. Got us to our destination in comfortable cars with professional drivers. Highly recommend.
