Amazing items and website! BUT...
Unfortunately, I have no idea if my order was shipped, nor when I'll be receiving it. It'd be much better to have an approximate date of how long the delivery takes after placing the order, and also having a tracker for each order to reassure the customer that everything's going well after ordering. Also, I've ordered an item while signed in with my email, and now I'm trying to sign in but it says "unknown email address". Could you please make the website a bit more user-friendly? I placed Disappointing Experience with Delayed Delivery and Missing Item an order that was supposed to…
I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 1–2 days, but after 5 days, nothing came. I contacted customer service and mentioned I was traveling, they said they’d send it, but still no delivery. On the day of my trip, I contacted them again and was told it would arrive before I left. I finally received it, but only got 1 item instead of 2. Really disappointing experience.
