Great little shop. I bought plants online and they came really well packed, and they were really healthy.

Plants delivered the same day as ordering which was a nice surprise.

Lovely plants and great service. Seb and his staff are very friendly and helpful. I've bought 3 cactus now the last one was very large. I'm delighted with them all. There is also a nice selection of indoor pots and a little café at the back of the shop that sells great coffee and cake.

We arrived not knowing the shop was closed but the staff member inside popped his head out to ask if we needed anything - He was super helpful and let us order online to collect our order straight away. Very friendly and kind, and the shop has great range of plants/products. would definitely recommend!

Plants arrived well packaged (probably just as well as the carrier must’ve had a mishap or not noticed the “This way up” 🔝 as there was compost everywhere!). Not something the seller had any control over though.

Plants are great, healthy & nice looking plants. Reasonably priced. Turnaround between order, confirmation, dispatch & arrival was within 5 days (ordered on a Sunday arrived Wed/Thurs).

I would use this company again. I would also recommend them to anyone who is considering ordering from them (especially online) as (unseen) you aren’t always sure of quality, health, value etc.

Seb's is amazing. Their plants are extremely well taken care of, and the advice is always sound. When a plant from my order wasn't available, I was offered two similar ones instead - or a refund if I so wished. I took the two plants ;) will defo come back for more!
