Joe provided a very friendly and professional service during the purchase of my mini excavator and even arranged delivery for me. Communication throughout was great and the digger was exactly as described and as shown in the photos he kindly provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

I had been looking for a new excavator for some time and the Rippa brand appeared to be the perfect balance of quality and price. Joe at SEBMM was great, quick responses to any questions and knowledgeable of the product. The package offered good value and the delivery was faultless. The machine itself is very capable for its size, its well put together with all major components being easy to access. Very happy to recommend SEBMM to anybody.

Right from the start Joe was great to deal with. Replied to emails promptly (even when on holiday!) and kept me in the loop.

I had to drive a fair distance to view the machine and he was there waiting for me when I arrived. Attentive and knowledgeable. I never felt like I was being rushed, even when asking a million questions!

I wasn't confident trailering the skid loader home but Joe was happy to delivery it for me even though it was a 3+ hour journey. Arrived on time and with great comms.

I really cannot fault them at all. Don't hesitate.

Now to get on with the renovation!

These are the best Chinese machines on the market, with a few defects and hopefully Rippa will honour this.
A good experience and Joe is always there when you need him to help.
His employers should be very proud of him.
So best you guys invest in a Rippa R13 pro.
Best machine on the market.
Don’t forget your muddy boots when you collect the machine as the yard needs some TLC.

From the start to the end of my purchase the team where very helpful.
They answered all my questions promptly and in detail.
I needed to have the tractor delivered which they also organised with a agreed price.
I never went to look at the tractor before my purchase and everything was as showed on video sent to me.

with all the wrong people / companies online at the moment I was a little concerned once sent my money and not even visiting, but they where true to their word and the tractor arrived as promised.

I WOULD MOST DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND THIS COPANY AND USE THEM AGAIN.

Me and a neighbour decided to go halves on a mini digger and spent a fair amount of time researching what we wanted and what was available. The RIPPA series seemed to be the best bang for buck option and at a very good price. So far the R10 has been faultless and I would certainly recommend it as a first mini digger or as something to use for basic landscaping work. The service from SEBMM (Joe) deserves a mention as he was happy to respond to questions even whilst on holiday. Whilst they were beholden to unpredictable delivery times from China impacted by weather and customs etc they kept us posted and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on my experience.Thoroughly enjoying turning my garden into a big boys sandpit before getting on with the actual landscaping, not so sure my wife is feeling the same but hey…🤷‍♂️😁

Hidden Gem. I bought a Rippa R10 and couldn't be happier. I weighed up importing this myself, but it would have been a lot of hassle with paperwork, and the price was always changing. So the deal I got, which included 3 buckets and a breaker in the price, was a steal. Joe was so helpful and patient, and not a whiff of pressure selling. I picked the machine up, and Joe loaded it effortlessly onto the back of my van. If you need a digger, check these guys out, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Oh, and they are Rippa authorised agents, so they can provide warranty claims, advice, and more for extra peace of mind.

We bought a mini digger from SEBMM the machine was exactly as it was described to me, I chose to collect mine, the place was really easy to find and I bought a Rippa R10, a very good sturdy machine by the way. No pressure pleasant sales environment I’ll be back for my next machine.

I am due to buy my third machine from this company SEBMM. They are a pleasure to deal with very helpful and the price seems to be the best out there. After sales service team were also very helpful with a small problem I encountered and they sorted it straight away.
They also let me come to their factory out of hours on a Sunday as i work on site 6 days a week.
