Bit disappointed
Visited Seaworld today.
Bought Quick Queue ticket approx. $70 found out it did not include Ice Breaker (had to wait 90 minutes) this was not explained to me when purchasing the ticket.
Also noticed a lot of rides with big queues were sending off the carts with vacant seats why do they not fill the carts when there is big queues.
Had to chuckle when at the Orca show they told you how they “rescued” a Manitee from Baltimore, flew it to Seaworld tagged it and released it for the animal to swim all the way back to Baltimore.
Finally the music played at, to me, unacceptably loud levels which prevented normal conversation, you had to raise your voice to be heard.
Overall a not too bad a day but there is room for improvement.

Overall bad experience, shame as some good rides.
1. Food and drink not allowed from off site. Bags checked and food thrown in bins at entrance. Unethical and you are prone to rip off food prices. Disney and Universal allow food and drink….
2. Hardly any water fountains - if you find one it’s warm and tastes metallic.
3. Went to the sea lion and Orca shows. Both were cancelled having walked there and sat/waited. Whilst I understand animals cannot be made to perform I have my doubts as to whether they were ready and adequately trained.
4. Conservation warriors my backside. How come they want to sell water in bottles rather than provide adequate water fountains. Happy to bin food at entrance. …..some would call it green washing….. the thank you to first responders is nauseating at the killer whale show and I did 30 years….
5. Worst point is ride times. The app and ride times are simply not true and never updated. You can’t advertise 15 mins and then be 90 mins without any sign of bad weather or mechanical faults. Beggars belief walking round park, wasting time then getting bummed. Whilst I understand predicting times is tricky this is simply not working in any way. Meanwhile at Disney and Universal…
So I won’t be doing Aquatica and instead will do a rival water park and spend my money there…..
6. Oh, and 3 of the main rides closed at 7 early when advertised open till 9….signs were put up which show it was pre planned and not due to mechanical fault at the time. ….
Unethical Practices
I bought season passes for my wife, daughter and I. This is one of the worst choices that I've made. I thought they were a trust worthy organization. But after my dealings with them during the past 12 months, I have come to realize that this is the most unethical business I've ever had to deal with. I believed them when they spoke about all thier conservation efforts and contributions. But now I doubt everything they say.
And they renewed my annual passes without my knowledge and without my consent and refused to issue a refund. There is nothing in the terms that say they could do this. I have already contacted an attorney but I want to warn anyone about to make my mistake not to do it. There so called EZPAY says nothing about charging for an annual fee. Even the pass itself says that "Contract terms apply if purchased with EZ pay." Which I did not but still got charged.
They claim to have been voted the Best Amusement Park in the county by USA Today. NO WAY they are the best. Their has to be something nefarious about that vote. Someone should look into it. I will do my best to expose this unethical business.
They need to take a whole diffent direction. I would start with those on top since they are ultimately responsible. They need to be more transparent with their conservation efforts. So far I haven't been able to research it do to very sparse information found. Someone needs to investigate them.
If you try and leave when the park…
If you try and leave when the park closes be prepared to wait for a couple hours to get out. Worst parking lot I've ever been to. How can you only have 1 exit for all these cars. You will see people get really mad at each other.
They sell plastic water bottles at the entrance for customers to fill in the park but it's so hard to find a place to fill it with out waiting in a long line. Only saw a couple drinking fountains and half didn't work. The water is warm if you do get any.
What a waste of time
What a waste of time. The rides are great but conservation? All they say is that Whales, sharks and seals are good and we must recycle. Even the most unintelligent person has a view on this. There are no water fountains and you cannot bring in food or drink, though they were okay with our water bottles. However they soon run out so you have to pay premium rates for food or fall ill its dehydration in 40°c heat.
The WiFi here keeps flaking out and making you sign in again and to book a ride with virtual queue you have to go yhere and then come back later meaning that mist of the time you are just walking around the park and not doing anything.
Not enough toilets (I have found 2 sets) though they are generally clean.
The people are friendly but not enough here. The family do agree with this appraisal.
Not worth it. Really not worth it. We flew from the UK for this. That's £500 plus we will never see again.

Absolute rip off charging for lockers that’s bad enough and to advertise it at 10 dollars but when u try and get that locker it’s actually 20 dollars as u are paying for a quick que that u haven’t requested. Also the costs of lockers at aquatics was expensive to say the least compared to other water parks!!!! Coming all the way from the uk I was very disappointed. First week we went was fine but second week in visited again and the prices seemed to have gone up as it was then holidays. Very disappointed and IF we ever come back to SeaWorld might only be for a one day visit

When I got to the park with husband and two granddaughters we were all excited..I was shocked that the cost of parking did not include shuttle buses..loved the penguins, the orca show and the dolphin shows but was a lot of walking and extremely hot..so went to get water and snacks for my granddaughters, was shocked at the cost of water being $6.00, a bag of chips $5, I felt like that was price gauging. I felt taken advantage of because obviously the water coolers was hot water due to high heat temperatures, alot of the rides were closed as well! I doubt I would ever go back again.

1. They will not remove me from mailing list. I have hit unsubscribe at least 5 times. This is illegal.. and I have reported..
2. Went off season- post covid.. paid full price for a park that was nearly empty with most rides closed. Paid full price parking and waited 1 hour to get into park because they had one toll booth open and only two ticket checkers at opening time. Food was worst. Only 2 locations open with minimum workers and 90 minute wait time.
Remember the park was nearly empty but the lines incredibly long.. if they are going to short staff then all pricing for everything should have been down in 75%!!!

Sea world
Admittance was supposed to be regulated so it was not too crowded, that never happened. I understand the labor shortage but many rides were closed, half the food and drink carts in the park were not staffed and never opened. The few open carts were seriously understaffed. Sea-worlds website and app was giving inaccurate information as to closing times of restaurants and which ones were open or not. The place was dirty, trash cans were overflowing, and the lines for the few restaurants that were open were ridiculously long. Waited 45 minutes to buy 4 Nathan hotdogs and french fries for my family, it was over $80 with tax and the hotdogs tasted like they were never even cooked, and the fries were also cold, undercooked and tasted horrible.
I went up to the counter and asked for a refund and the rude young man said I would have to wait in line again before he could call a supervisor over to help me. I asked him if he could just give me some fresh food and swap it out and he said sure just go get in the line and wait. I ended up throwing it all in the garbage can and went to another restaurant back in the Antarctica area of the theme park. Waited in line over an hour to get my food and then another 20 minutes to check out as they only had two cashiers working the entire three restaurant food court there. I noticed lots of people that worked in the park for Seaworld just walking around and slowly sweeping up debris and really not doing very much work. Maybe it’s not their job description to work in the restaurant but I think that a good manager would’ve recognized they had a serious problem in the park and should have pulled those people into The restaurants to learn how to help so that people could eat food and have drinks. That’s pretty much a necessity if you’re going to spend the day at a park. I can deal with ride lines of two hours for roller coasters but when I need to feed my family and get water and drinks I shouldn’t have to wait more than 15 or 20 minutes.
I’m a yearly pass Gold-member. Never again. I’m done with Sea world. Busch Gardens, which I went to a month ago had their act together and was far superior in the way it was run, but yet they’re owned by the same company.
Take my advice and stay away from Seaworld untill they change management and bring in some workers that can help them out because the place is seriously screwed up. Even parking was a problem when I got past where they take your money, they was like two people directing traffic in the entire parking lot, that’s ridiculous.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service called to cancel my annual passes, the call center rep told me they were canceled and I'd no longer charged for them. Three months later I get a letter stating they had been sent to collections. Seaworld refuses to help or remove the collections based on the fact that bad training on their part caused this.
