I didn’t get a confirmation email

I didn’t get a confirmation email, but I got the review email? The order seems to have been cancelled cause the pending charge went away. No emails or anything just an order that disappeared entirely.

I hate the 4$ processing and handling fee.

Everything was great, except, I strongly dislike the $4 processing and handling fee. It is usurious, given the not inexpensive shipping rates.

Regarding the $4 processing and handling fee, this helps cover some of the fixed costs involved in preparing and shipping orders that aren't included in the shipping charge itself. For example, every order requires time to pick and cut fabric, package it carefully, process payment, and prepare the shipment. There are also costs for packaging materials, transaction fees, and order processing systems.

These costs are largely the same whether the order is large or small, which is why the fee is particularly important on smaller orders where those fixed costs can exceed the margin on the items themselves.

We work hard to keep our prices competitive and our service reliable, and the small handling fee helps us continue providing the wide selection of specialty fabrics and fast order processing our customers rely on.

Website is great

Website is great. Easy to use.
Good explanations. My only complaint is the $4.00
charge for handling. Feels like a nikel and dime charge. Otherwise I would give it a 5.

I never received the order

I never received the order. When I emailed them to ask about it and course the invoice and everything I received zero response. Will never buy from them again.

Once a package is in the postal system, the delivery process is handled entirely by the carrier and unfortunately is outside of our control.

You made it much more complex than need be to place a simple order, you kept popping up annoying windows, you popped yourself into my bookmarks! Jesus Christ! How pushy can you be? I want to be in charge of my life, not you.
