I order Sofa from here and after long waiting time we received our Sofa. As soon as i unpack the Sofa i found that it's a defective piece and team is not doing any quality check before getting this deliver. Front panel was broken, nails was placed with oversized due to storage box can't be used as it can damage the things placed in the storage box.

Plywood was broken at multiple places etc.

I took photo for each details and shared with the team at the same day of delivery and they promised that new panel will be delivered and team who will come to fix they will review the other defects as well.

Now it's more than 4 months and i am still waiting for that service team to bring that new panel to fixed but no response, sending email, trying to call on daily basis but no positive response yet.

So my overall experience with this purchase is very frustrating and will not recommend any one to but Sofa from here in case you are looking for any good buying experience.

The young salesman Rai, who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. He provided me with all the necessary information I required in order to make a good decision. He later involved the store manager Ricardo, who really went out of his way to get me a decent price on the sofa I wanted. Overall I'm impressed with the service I got. The only unfortunate thing is the rather long waiting time for the sofa to be made.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the sofa I purchased from Seats and Sofas two months ago for 1,100€. The experience has been far below my expectations for several reasons:
1. Incorrect Dimensions: The sofa is 12 centimeters larger than stated, making it impossible to fit properly in my home. It is blocking my door, which cannot close, causing significant inconvenience.
2. Long Wait Time: After waiting two months for delivery, I expected a product that met the promised specifications.
3. Overpricing and Misleading Sales Practices: I found the same sofa online for 600€. When I asked in-store, I was told the 600€ version was of lower quality. However, the sofa I received is not worth the 1,100€ I paid, and the quality is poor.
4. Delivery Costs: Since Seats and Sofas does not provide delivery, I spent 200€ to arrange it myself. Returning the sofa would cost me an additional 200€, totaling 400€ in delivery fees alone.

The pricing and quality are unacceptable. For the total amount I’ve spent (1,100€ for the sofa + 400€ delivery), I could have purchased a premium sofa elsewhere.

I strongly advise others not to buy from this company. The combination of poor service, misleading prices, and low-quality products makes this experience one of my worst.

Never!!! Never!!!! Never!!!!!!!! BUY A SEAT OR SOFA OR COUCH OR ANYTHING from SEATS and SOFAS. We Bought a couch worth almost €3000. We didnt get updates on the arrival of our couch. When it finally arrived we found that one of the legs are broken, we called and they advised for us to lay a complaint with the customer department. Via email. Which we did. We waited 3 or 4 days for someone to get back to us just to be told that we (ourselves, the customer )need to arrange to bring the broken legged side of the Ucouch to their store where they will evaluate and then let us know. Now we have to arrange to our cost to take the large side of the Ucouch to their store.THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.

Not even to mention the rudeness and unwelcome attitude of the Staff. @SeatsandSofas Oosterhout.
