The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and style the sofa promises. It feels like a great value for the money, which is always a bonus when making a big furniture purchase.
Now I’m just counting down the days until delivery—can’t wait to see it in my living room! I’m already planning a cozy movie night to break it in. If the sofa is as comfortable as the process to buy it was easy, I’m in for a real treat.

I am very dissatisfied (even frustrated) with the service and customer approach of your Hengelo store. I brought for repair the corner sofa (bought for 2,700 euros less than a year ago) on Mon February 19 and I still don't even know what the status of the repair is. According to the employees' assurances (and e-mail message), the repair was supposed to take from 6 to 12 weeks at most, and despite my telephone calls and personal visit to the facility in Hengelo, no one informed me when my corner sofa would be ready for collection. I have also been working in the sales department for 10 years and I have never seen anyone treating a customer so incompetently and with disregard. I have been waiting for over 12 weeks without any response, e-mail or simple human apologies.Today I regret spending 2,700 euros on a sofa that I cannot enjoy !!!

I visited the shop in mid-November 2022 and ordered a seat. It is now May 2023 and it still hasn't arrived. In this process, we have experienced phone and e-mail traffic many times. They have a terrific customer service. I wanted my money back, they refused. I wanted to talk to the authorities, they say there is no responsible to talk. They say that they will discuss the problem with the manufacturer and get back to you, they do not call back. Many more bad habits based on sales tricks. They never accept responsibility for anything and they just make you feel angry because of choosing that place. If you see any Geoffrey or Cherneine in such a store just run away! In short, as a customer, they take pleasure in deceiving you with false promises and torturing you throughout the process. Don't even pass by it.

I am talking about my personal experience that they does not deal well with customers. Two weeks ago, it was the date I took the sofa and it had a defect and it is not the exact quality, so I returned it and they told me that they would fix it and after two working days they would deliver it to my house. Unfortunately, after contacting them, they told me that I should go to the shop and take it myself instead of delivering it so I went to the shop to speak with the person who is the resposible for this position and they told me the person who I dealt with in the customer service was not there and until now, I am waiting for their false promises.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I bought a sofa from seats and sofas Hengelo.
I had the sofa delivered a month ago today. When the sofa was unpacked by the delivery company, the sofa was already badly damaged.
I and the delivery company directly sent photos of the damage.
The sofa was ripped underneath
The corner of the corner seat did not fit properly. The back of the corner part was damaged
The cushions were different sizes
Basically not fit for purpose. And not worth the 1500 euros I have paid in full for
After several mails and phone calls this is still not solved !!
Last week I was told that I was expected to bring the sofa back to the store at my cost and that they didn’t know when I would get a replace
Or as informed by the customer service person I could arrange a trailer and bring it back myself!
I could borrow a sofa but would need to pay for the delivery !!
I would never recommend seats and sofas to anyone.
I am a customer service manager, and I am well aware of what good customer service is this is not it!
Seats and Sofas you should be ASHAMED
This needs to be resolved by
Delivering a new sofa and taking away the damage sofa at the cost of Seats and Sofas
Or option 2 refund the sofa and remove the damaged sofa at Seats and sofas cost
The service get worse!
They said they would pick up my sofa ( at their cost )and send it to the manufacturer, to see if it could be mended or should I have a new one. I was happy with this. I was told i would get a sofa to borrow. a 2 seater and a 3 seater. Shame i cant attach pictures. I get 1 sofa that seat about 2.5 people MAX there are 3 adults in my family!. The sofa is Dirty, plastic uncomfortable, an absolute disgrace. I want my money back!
