This is the best shop I ever been to pick a sofa or couch, I really like the team, they are so nice and always find a good couch with perfect price. 💪🫶 we bought already 2 couches and they are amazing in quality and price.

We visited Seats and Sofas today. As soon as we walked in, a staff member handed us a booklet, which already felt a bit unfriendly. My girlfriend and I started looking around, but when someone came to assist us, she didn’t speak English and had just started working there, so I had to translate everything for my girlfriend.
A little later, another employee who did speak English came to help us, but then suddenly left us alone again. The overall sales approach felt quite pushy and aggressive, which made the experience uncomfortable.
After that, we went to Woon Square, and that turned out to be a much more pleasant and customer-friendly experience.

Mark (The manager of the branch that helped me in my purchase) went above and beyond to help me with my choice. I specified what's important to me and we walked around the whole shop looking for the right fit. In the end we found a couch that met my needs in size and configuration.

I am very impressed with the customisation options that Seats and Sofas offers. I was looking online first for something before visiting the shop. And I have to say, not even the internet has a variety they have in the shop. Besides, who wants to buy a sofa without sitting on it first?

Despite the customisation options and the great service, the prices are also more than competitive. I settled on the sofa I chose before knowing the final price, and to my surprise, it was also cheaper than the online counterpart. Mark even made a deal with me that lowered the price even more.

I appreciated the nice chat, the attention to my needs, the customisation options are amazing and the decorations in shop are also quite impressive.

I have already recommended Seats and Sofas to my friends and will continue to do so.

Lot of varieties of sofa. They offer complete customization including shape, size, material selection.
Also offered good discount for my sofa.
Staff was very welcoming and was really supporting when any question was asked. I had a very good experience and would recommend to definitely visit and experience for yourself.

Sales person lied about delivery time (6-8 weeks turned into half a year). They "resolved" this by providing the same sofa from their Heerlen store. This will cost us 120 Euros to ship (per their recommend delivery service) and they refuse to give us a refund or any other type of compensation. So we're opting to wait 6 months until it's delivered to Eindhoven. I'm guessing some other issue will pop up in the next 6 months, so leaving some stars to drop.

Update: we're now two weeks past the 6 month expected date. So dropping the remaining stars. If they won't give us a refund at this point they're essentially crooks. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here.

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent purchase. I spent €1,550 on a couch that arrived in unacceptable condition and is completely unusable.

The couch is broken and makes loud squeaking noises whenever used. Even when touching it.

It arrived dirty, and the legs cannot be properly attached because the base is uneven and poorly constructed.
3 Pillows are missing!

Despite these serious defects, my request to return the item was refused.

To make matters worse, I am now unable to reach your customer service. I suspect my phone number has been blocked, as I used to get through in 2–3 minutes, and now no one answers, even after waiting over 15 minutes.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of support and responsibility shown. I am still willing to resolve this issue in a mutually fair way, but they are not serious and are not responding.

I recently bought a couch from Seats & Sofas, and I’m really happy with the whole experience! I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price, and the quality of the couch is fantastic. Delivery was also planned well. Overall, a solid experience—I’d definitely recommend Seats & Sofas to anyone looking for good sofa deals and reliable service.

Avoid This Store – Pushy Sales Tactics and Fake Discounts!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went to Seats and Sofas just to look around and check the sizing and comfort of different couches. From the very beginning, we explicitly told the sales staff that we were not looking to buy immediately—just browsing. However, the salespeople were extremely pushy and completely ignored our wishes.

They started by quoting a ridiculous price of €4500 for a couch with our preferred seating and fabric choice (which wasn’t even the most expensive option!). Despite making it very clear that we were just looking, they followed us around, constantly pressuring us to buy. They kept claiming that their “special discount” was only available that day and that we would never get such a good offer again.

We repeatedly stated that we needed time to think and that our budget was between €1000-1500. Yet, instead of respecting that, they suddenly dropped the price to €3500, then €2400, and when we still refused, they magically dropped it to €1700—all in a desperate attempt to get us to buy on the spot. The whole experience felt like a shady backroom deal rather than a legitimate furniture store.

When we stood firm and refused to be rushed into a decision, they told us we could come back the next day but only for the €2400 price—not the €1700 they had just offered. This confirmed our suspicion that the “one-day discount” was a complete scam to pressure people into impulse buying.

We left frustrated, angry, and having wasted two hours of our time. Later, we found the exact same couches for under €2000 elsewhere—brand new and without fake discounts. After reading online reviews, we discovered that many customers had missing parts, wrong deliveries, or never received their furniture at all!

Do yourself a favor—stay far away from this scammy business! You’ll get a better deal and a far less stressful experience elsewhere.

Ordered sofa worth 3000€. Waited for 12 weeks. Had to pay transport cost. Got the sofa. Damaged in 1 month.

Service department asked to pay 75€ again for pickup and repair and asking to wait for another 6-12 weeks.

This is really disgusting from this company. It’s like waiting half a year for the sofa.

Horrible business model, which needs to be changed. Repair shouldn’t take 6-12 weeks for an existing sofa.

Just refund my money and take back your sofa which couldn’t even sustain for a month. Your 2 years warranty is just costing me my money, time and energy.

I ordered a sofa from Seats and Sofa Eindhoven on 13 September 2024 and was confidently told by the salesperson that it would arrive within 6 weeks. However, I had to wait a full 13 weeks for delivery.

Furthermore, attempts to inquire about the delivery status were met with vague responses and a lack of proactive communication from Seats and Sofa. I was never provided with a tracking number, leaving me constantly in the dark regarding the whereabouts of my order.

I would strongly advise potential customers to be wary of the delivery timelines provided by them as they appear to be significantly underestimated. I hope this feedback will encourage Seats and Sofa to improve their communication and delivery processes to better serve future customers.

On November 10th I went to the Seats and Sofas store in Eindhoven because I was looking for a sofa for my new home.
The staff there were very helpful and we liked one model of the sofa.
Among the different types of fabrics that we could choose they showed us a sample of the Ivory that they had in stock in the warehouse and we could have it faster than the usual 6 weeks.
On November 28th the sofa arrived and right away we could notice the different shades in the different pieces that it contains and in the different cushions.
We tried to change the position of the cushion to confirm that it wasn't just because of the light, which it wasn't.
The next day, we went back to the store to complain and they told us to fill out the complaint online and claim the warranty, which we did.
The answer on the following Tuesday was that this is expected of this fabric and there was nothing wrong, so they would refuse to help or the claim of warranty.
After that, I went to the store again on December 4th. The person responsible for dealing with this issue was not present in the store, so we had to go back again the next day.
The next day, the manager told me there was nothing they could do. I tried to request a refund and she told me they don't do returns.
I tried to argue that they only showed me a small sample, but she told me that it didn't matter.
I think I was scammed by this store and they sent me this sofa in different colors with no option to return.
I don't recommend anyone to buy from here because you have to be lucky not to have any problems, otherwise they won't help you in any way.

My friend recommended this place to me. Now I'm going to recommend it to everyone.
There are many sofas to choose from and they're very customizable.
Many of them are with the sleep function, which is not usual in the Netherlands. According to the staff it's all made in Europe. I think this should be more emphasized.
We were assisted by mr. Nadir. He was very professional and just the right amount of helpful. There was no rush. We could take as long as we needed, without someone standing next to us all the time. I'm glad he advised well.
I only want to point out that the tunnel to the other half of the shop doesn't look very welcoming, for a second there I felt as if I was entering a staff only area. Oh and also, if you put the address in google maps, you'll end up on the other side of the canal...

I purchased sofa and dining chairs from seats and sofas in Eindhoven on 18th May 2024. The sales person was talking very nice and given the information and given words on multiple things but failed to keep up their words.

Issue 1 :
They have calculated the price of the sofa wrongly during the purchase as they were giving multiple options and chose different price. I could not discuss in details as there were many people in the line for billing so I had to quickly move out. I did go to the shop next day asking for clarify of price calculation and correcting the price. They said the sales person knows everything and he will definitely talk to me but they have more crowd that day, they wanted me to come again. I went there twice to correct the price however store manager told that they will definitely call me to give all clarifications and correct the price as needed. Until now no one called me, when I called them absolutely no help.

Issue 2:
I bought chairs and sofa at same time. I wanted two purchase orders for these products for my personal reasons. However the sales person promised that we can have one purchase order, at the time of invoice they will give invoices with actual price . I agreed.
I picked up my chairs in the month of August 2024, they printed invoice for Euro 1000 instead of Euro 650 (which is actual price of the chairs). When i asked them to correct the invoice with actual price, they are saying they cant do it as system generates invoices automatically and they cant do anything about it.

Issue 3 :
I was given Sofa arrival date (latest) by week 44-2024. However when I called for arrival date, no one knows when the sofa will be arrived, once they receive the sofa then they will call me.
Till now the sofa is not arrived.

Issue 4 :
I was informed that service (incase of issues) will be given at onsite incase of any issues. However after purchase they started telling that incase they cant fix issues at onsite then I will have to bring the sofa to their location for service. That would be problem for me as my apartment is on 4th floor and I cant take the sofa back and forth (from window). Also they did not want to give after sales - service information in writing.

Please help to correct the price of the sofa and generate invoices for correct price. Else, request you to return my money immediately.
I will be contacting consumer forum again for complaint incase I dont get any help.
