Didn't deliver my tickets and wasted my time

Didn't deliver my tickets and wasted three hours of my time trying to fix it. After promising multiple times to call and email me back, which you never did, finally offered me replacement tickets an hour before the show was to start. If I would have been in a rocket ship it didn't give me time to get there during rush hour traffic, park and get to the venue. Last time I will be using your company again.

Any other company is better

Well, if there were zero stars as a choice, I would give a negative 5.
Ordered 2 tickets for Formula One in Miami as a Christmas gift for my sons. The tickets were a 3 days pass for the whole event that was May 1-3.
We flew my boys from Texas to Miami, with 4 nights hotel.
We got an email saying we would have the tickets on Apr 29...which came and went.
Finally Apr 30 at about 8pm we received 2 separate tickets for the first 2 days. The website kept saying your tickets are being processed but Friday and Saturday came and went with no tickets for the final day, which was the main race!!!
After several hours on hold (not an exaggeration), and multiple calls i was told several contradicting statements but that Sat at 8pm was the deadline.
Another 118 minutes on hold Sat night and I was told they gave the seller ANOTHER deadline of 8am...the same time as when the gates opened, and that a supervisor would call me at 9am.
9:00am, no call so I called again and after another hour on the phone they finally provided tickets.
This was the most stressful experience for my wife and I, and for our boys waiting to see if they would get to see the main race.
They lost customer and everyone I can tell too.
Other companies can do much better.
Also, CEO never responded to may plea for help.

Stubhub/SeatGeek, all involved and its practices have been an issue

It is very important to read all of the fine lines when doing business with this company and any company when there are an exchange of currency. I’ve spent almost a thousand dollars on tickets, almost seven hundred in airline and over eight hundred in hotel, and have no tickets. One may say why purchase hotel and airline without tickets. Those of you who understand attending concerts, the hotels are overpriced as well as airlines when there is an event in the area. I have continuously received emails telling me that my tickets are ready. After accepting, and following all other protocols I continue to receive”tickets are shared via link-pending. It has been pending for two weeks yet I keep getting the emails that the tickets are ready . I asked to cancel these tickets this morning, needless to say, non refundable. I have so much at state and really would like to cancel hotel and flight before I loose even more. They charge all of these feels and their services doesn’t warrant it. I’m in a situation that is very annoying to say the least.Stubhub may work for you, just as it did in the past for me however it is nolonger for me.

Purchased tickets never provided

My purchased tickets were never transferred. They kept stringing me along, right up to the start time of the event. Then had to get manager approval to start a refund process, said they would call me back. All throughout the very painful process they promised calls back and never, ever called back. Unfortunate they have all the power.

BE CAUTIOUS!!!!!!

I’ve purchased parking for Atlanta Braves games through SeatGeek for the past two years, and both times I’ve had serious issues with my reservations.
Each time, I selected and confirmed the parking I wanted, but after checkout, the reservation showed something completely different. At first, I thought I may have made a mistake, but after it happened again and after speaking with others who experienced the exact same issue, I’m confident that’s not the case.
Because of this, I’ve had to make additional purchases and either try to resell or lose money on the incorrect reservation. This has cost me money two years in a row and caused unnecessary stress.
I would strongly recommend double-checking your reservation details immediately after purchase and being cautious when booking parking through this platform until this issue is addressed. It might even help to screenshot before submitting your purchase for proof.

I waited 10 years to see Bruno Mars

I waited 10 years to see Bruno Mars. 10 years!! I got in line and selected seats on the floor seats at the pre-sale. I thought I actually got the seats I purchased. I was so wrong. Not only was I not in the floor but put on a side view nowhere near the floor. Not full view of the show which is what I wanted. I paid over 300 for seats I didn't selectand would necer want for that price. I am disgusted that this is only legitimate way to purchase at presale. I feel cheated out of my money for seat. Every complaint like mine said that you would do nothing. So I hope you all have the day you deserve!!
Greedy!!!!

DONT BUY FROM SEATGEEK!!

DONT BUY FROM SEATGEEK!!! The positive reviews have to be fake. This is a total scam. I’m out over 3,000 for F1 tickets after the seller “made a mistake” and didn’t deliver the tickets. SEATGEEK did nothing. No customer service, no resolution, no “guarantee” as they suggest. Avoid this place at all cost!

Refused a refund

We bought a parking pass for a baseball game several weeks ahead of time. The seller confirmed it but didn’t release it until like 10 minutes for the game started so we had to buy different parking. SeatGeek wouldn’t refund us because technically we got it before the game. That’s absurd. You cannot expect us to show up 10 minutes before a game. We have 3 kids to get from the car to the seats. We tried contacting them several hours before the game and nothing. Absolutely terrible business practice. We should have received the ticket the day before like all the communications said or give us a refund.

I would avoid SeatGeek at all cost

I would avoid SeatGeek at all cost. I purchased tickets that ended up being SecureMyPass tickets. They can't be split, they're non transferrable and not re-sellable. They didn't warn me. They're is absolutely zero customer service, just a bot telling me I'm SOL. No real person ever showed up on their chat. No one responded to my emails. Total fraud.

Horrendous "support", or lack there-of

While the ticket order process worked OK, I made mistake on my email address. Only way to edit the email sends an email confirmation to the bad email I am trying correct. Told to contact support. Started with the chat window, waited for 35 minutes, no reply nor even an indication the reply was received. Then spent over an hour on hold, with occasional "we will be with you shortly". Shortly after the hour was up, a message said "we are busy now", cannot take you call, please call back later... Very frustrating, because I need to update my email to get the tickets, follow the instruction per their website, and still stuck

Was not happy with picking my seats at an artist presale. Will never buy on presale ever again every seat i clicked gave me a different row or seat. So i kept backing out. I finally found one in row 5 thought it was good then after I paid it was now row 15. I'm short once people stand up I'm not going to be able to see. Been to football games in the stadiums. My friend has season tickets row 7 they stand up I'm watching the jumbo screen cause I can't see. Very disappointed. Last year I bought tickets before presale and got what I wanted may have paid 200 more but I got what I wanted.

DO NOT USE SEATGEEK

DO NOT USE SEATGEEK. Drove 4 hours to an event and had been waiting for 4 days for the tickets. Hour before the event and still no tickets delivered. Customer support told me to wait. Got to the event, still no tickets. Tickets sold out. All they could offer was a refund. Horrible.

Challenging Experience, but Strong Resolution from SeatGeek Support

I want to share a real customer experience🤓because it’s easy to only speak up when things go wrong.

On April 17th, I attended the Cardi B concert in Atlanta using tickets purchased through SeatGeek. What made this night even more special is that these tickets were a Christmas gift from my daughter, who worked really hard to get them for me.

Unfortunately, what should have been an amazing and meaningful night turned into a stressful and embarrassing situation. I was asked not once, but twice, to leave my seats by the venue manager because my tickets were considered invalid compared to Ticketmaster-issued tickets.

Trying to resolve it in the moment was frustrating😡support lines were closed, and I was left dealing with it during the event.

That said… what happened after is why I’m writing this.

Once I escalated the issue, I was connected with a representative named Jet from the escalation team. From the very first message, he was:

* Responsive
* Understanding
* Professional
* Genuinely committed to resolving the issue

He didn’t dismiss my experience or make it feel transactional. He acknowledged the situation and has been actively working toward a resolution with urgency and care.

It’s easy to call out companies when they fall short😵‍💫and in this case, the experience absolutely should not have happened, especially given how meaningful these tickets were to me and my daughter. But I also believe in recognizing when someone steps up and handles a situation the right way.

So this is my thank you to Jet and the escalation team for showing that accountability and customer care still matter.

There’s still work to be done, but this level of follow-up and professionalism does not go unnoticed.

Ticket Buyers Beware!!!

Our opinion is that Seat Geek is an absolutely horrible and borderline fraudulent company.
Their customer service is awful. Left on hold over an hour and awful response times to emails. We strongly recommend using other ticket services.
