Zero Communication
I ordered and received a seat belt extender from Seat Belt Extenders. I immediately realized I should have ordered a stiff extender, not a soft extender and used the "contact us" page on their website to ask how best to make that exchange. No answer. Since they charge $10 to return anything and I really needed a stiff extender, I wanted arrange an efficient exchange. So I again used their customer contact page on 3/16/26 requesting an answer. No response. It was as if this is a shadow company. I researched the physical address on their mailing package, and there is no record of a business of this name there. Since they have no phone number, I tried the customer contact box one more time. They never got back to me. Finally I just requested. "return". NOW I get an email saying they are sending a replacement and and a label to return the original"will be sent". I replied, "N0", I do not want a replacement, I just want to return the original. I never heard from them again. No return info ever arrived.
