I ordered a Lopolight and paid on 19.12.22. In spite of “having it in stock” they said it would have to be ordered from Lopolight. Most of my emails were not answered. Eventually the product was delivered on 12.01.2024 and was the wrong product. Seashop then arranged for the product to be collected by GLS on 16.01.2024. As of today, 19.01.2024 have not refunded my money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FIRM.

Will never order here again. Ordered 1300 our safety raft on 19 Aug, only to have delivered 14 Sept on a pallet and lots of plastic wrapping to be disposed of myself of course. I had to chase them by phone numerous times to get them to order/ship/process the item. The fact that I needed the raft for seatrip within a period didnt seem to impress the importance to them. There are enough alternative shops luckily.
Stay Away: I tried ordering goods twice from this webshop. They phoned to offer substitutes which were inadequate.
They were quick to take my money, but very slow in repaying when they could not supply the goods on their website. Even after constant chasing they were slow.
They seem to think this was normal. It is not, didn't even apologize, instead sent stroppy emails.
