TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a Lopolight and paid on 19.12.22. In spite of “having it in stock” they said it would have to be ordered from Lopolight. Most of my emails were not answered. Eventually the product was delivered on 12.01.2024 and was the wrong product. Seashop then arranged for the product to be collected by GLS on 16.01.2024. As of today, 19.01.2024 have not refunded my money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FIRM.
