Impeccable service
I had a few difficulties booking on the website (user error I'm sure). I used live chat and was helped by Angelina. She was so helpful, pleasant and professional. Got all three bookings set-up. It was great service and I would thoroughly recommend Seascanner. I came because the price was cheapest, but very reassured that I made the right choice.

Amazing customer service from Mitch
Sadly, had to cancel our trip due to my wife giving birth closer to departure. Asked Seascanner for possible refund on our deposit and Mitch helped us out tremendously. Very polite and professional. Kept us up to date throughout and were very grateful to get the refund accepted. Thank you Mitch!

My ticket for my cruise hadn't arrived with 2 days to go so I contacted Customer support using the online chat service and Liz picked up my chat message. She was absolutely marvellous and nothing was too much trouble for her. 1st class service from her and she dealt with my issue with great professionalism and promptness.
Am sure the issue arose through the volume of work but what an excellent back up customer service you provided, especially form Liz.

Great service from Sea Scanner!
We have been cruising for over 15 years doing on average 3 cruises a year. Mitch at sea scanner gave by far the best service we have ever had. Excellent customer service (Shannon)
We booked a Fred Olsen cruise via Sea Scanner in October last year and selected the 6pm sitting for dinner. In February this year when checking the cruise details on Fred Olsen's website we noticed the sitting for dinner was 8pm and not 6pm.
We emailed Sea Scanner Customer Support and received a prompt reply from Shannon explaining that if a dining time is not available the system automatically allocates the next available time. She offered to contact Fred Olsen and try to change it. Unfortunately no earlier sittings were available but she has been checking regularly and keeping us informed.
Shannon's level of customer service has been excellent! She has owned our issue and has persevered with Fred Olsen to try to resolve it.
