Effective, friendly yet very professional!

I was assisted by a Seascanner staff member, Liz. She was efficient, helpful, and professional while resolving a payment discrepancy and processing an embarkation change request with the parent cruise company.

It's a fresh breeze to actually interact with someone who understands your frustration and is willing to help you solve the problem.

Other Seascanner staff who were also very helpful were Erin and Joanne.

Thank you, ladies, for helping us process the cruise package payment for a group of women travellers. God bless you all 🙏.

Website kept glitching when booking cost me £100s of pounds

Website kept glitching when booking cruise, booking went through without the drinks package added despite me selecting that. Advised by cruise company MSc that they would be happy for seascanner to refare my booking and then add the drinks package however seas scanners response is tough luck! Would never book again at least the other companies have some level of customer care

Seascanner is absolutely amazing at…

Seascanner is absolutely amazing at spotting great deals, particularly the more unusual / quirky cruises that you probably won’t get to see with the cruise websites or travel agents. I have booked 3 short cruises 2 to 3 nights. 2 of them seem exceptional good money.

Communication has been extremely poor…

Communication has been extremely poor throughout. I initially asked for upgrade options, and when confirmed that I wished to proceed, it took 72 hours for someone to respond. By that point, the staff member handling my enquiry was no longer available, which caused further delays and frustration. In the end no upgrades available !! took a week of wasted emails & no response!

This experience has been very disappointing and falls well below the level of service I would expect. As it stands, I would not choose to use your services again.

Booking process was excellent, quick and easy as it was online.

Beware of this Company

It is very difficult to get through and then when you finally call about 4 contact numbers you get an email.
The customer service and company is so unreasonable.
Definitely find another company, Be ware of them, if you pay an deposits and have to cancel for exceptional circumstances you will not receive a refund.

They refer you to there Terms and conditions which is not very clear.
