Got speaking with Liz in the seascanner support team. She was able to help us get upgraded to a balcony room and we actually ended up with a refund as the cost was lower.
She went above and beyond, this is our second time using the seascanner website and I couldn’t recommend it enough for cruise holidays.

The cruise they sold was actually £200+ more expensive than booking directly with MSC and when I contacted them 5 days ago to cancel my booking, I am still waiting for a response of any kind! Not impressed and I've learnt a lesson not to use them again.
This issue is now closed but it did take 1 week to respond.

First time booking a cruise so first experience with Seascanner UK. Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish with Shannon’s guidance and expertise. She went above and beyond and presented an offer that was too good to turn down. A credit to the company in the way she handled the full process and put the customer forward. Because of Shannon I will be booking future cruises through Seascanner since this is my first. No brainer!

We could not make a payment on our home computer, even trying two different credit cards in diffferent countries and different currencies.
Shannon of Seascanner very kindly and promptly suggested a possible solution. It still did not work.
After repeated efforts my wife tried on her mobile and it worked. There seems to be a problem with the software.

Enquired about paying some of my balance off a holiday, there was no option to part pay, sent a message to customer service at Seascanner. Jeanette responded the next day, arrangement to pay was made, she adjusted the balance, it was such an easy, efficent process, well done, would not hesitate to contact again with any queries or concerns.
