My experience was tollaredable

My experience was almost great. After doing the chat and figuring out what part number I needed for the belts the system crashed and I had to call and start all over again. Then the representative wanted me to give him my credit card. He argued with me for five minutes. I asked him to send me the link for the parts and he would not do it. Finally he did it and I ordered my parts. Total time 1.5 hours. Unacceptable

Part arrived quickly

Part arrived quickly, was a perfect fit, and works great. Was a replacement because motor bearings were starting to make noise.

Kenmore Water Filter

We have used the Kenmore water filter for several years. Having a subscription is nice, because a new one is shipped in time to replace the one that needs to be re-placed. A bit of a glitch this time-charges appeared on my charge card 2 consecutive days for the water filter. I'm sure that can be resolved.

Takes off the burden

Not having to remember to order or when to order -> the recurring order removes any lapse(s) on my part. The part (fridge filter) always arrives w/ prior notice from Sears Parts team. Definitely satisfied w/ the product & system.

I wasn’t expecting a price increase on the part. I thought I was “grandfathered” in @ purchase of my refrigerator. But, not everything stays the same. Still a very satisfied customer.

Shipping

All parts received have fit without being modified..only negative comment is shipping seems to take awhile. Usually I order parts that I need quickly as a replacement and machine is inoperable without….
