Search Travel

We chose search travel as they were the only operator who offered activities for non cyclists. While our husbands rode each day, myself and the other non riders were treated to cultural experiences that I would have never experienced on my own. Meeting the local fisherman at the fishmarkets, tasting local wine and regional delicacies before meeting up with the guys at our amazing accommodation. The pre arranged dinners were so delicious and the guides were fantastic. Looking back, this week was one of the highlights of our whole trip!!

We chose searchtravel largely because our partners were coming to Europe with us, and they don't ride. Searchtravel's itinerary catered for them with sightseeing and cultural experiences, whilst the guys took off on our daily adventure. The rides were fully supported - complete with team car - and the women who didn't ride had an amazing time visiting local sites and indulging in the Italian culture (and shopping). searchtravel arranged some of our dinners in special local restaurants, but also allowed us to wander the streets and choose our own meal on other nights. These guys thought of everything which resulted in the whole group having an amazing experience. The wives are already looking at the Prosecco trip for 2019...
