The communication was great, and they made the whole process of buying an investment property super easy

My experience was very pleasant and stress-free. This is my second purchase with search property and it won’t be my last. They look after you from start to finish and they also check up on you months after to see how the property is performing.

I was priced out of the Brisbane market and I wanted help finding a property in a growing location. The search property team found me a house in 3.5 weeks. The rental yield is 5.3% which is I am happy with and I am not sure about the capital growth as settlement was 3 days ago. The process was smooth and I got help whenever I was unsure about something. I have been following Ravi on his YouTube channel for a few years now .
So myself and my partner decided after a strategy session with search property that we would buy an investment property.
Lauren was our go to for pretty much everything from start to finish and answered any questions or concerns we had through the process.
We do recommend search property and we will be using search property again.

The SP team has been great in helping us in acquiring our first IP. Pretty run of the mill service, couldn’t really see the value in paying such a hefty buyers agent fees. The process was smooth which is quite standard that I have experienced across multiple buyer agents as this is my third property. Got a house in Perth through these guys which I am still putting in money for repair. Does great marketing but I wish they could be bit more dedicated in pursuing their clients interests rather than rushing to close a deal. Will definitely be saving money and getting another buyers agent next time.

Have to provide a bit more context and details since I received a reply on my review.

The issues have been with the below things which I expected to be picked up by any buyers agent :
1. The property was already occupied by a tenant but there was no condition report done
2. Surprisingly, there was no deposit taken from the tenant and I covered for all the damages and repairs that the tenant has left with
3. To share some of the damages - missing toilet seat, walls severely damaged, blinds broken, keys to most of the doors missing, garage door remote missing.
I have gotten all of this fixed from my own pocket but what was annoying was that nothing was picked by your team and I am happy to be proven wrong.

In addition to these, the garage ceiling needs to be replaced as it has severe damages which the building report did highlight but then I wish my agent would have suggested to me that it is not a quick job but a job that is costing me $4-$5k.

It really felt like they had a genuine and invested interest in the success of this endeavour, and the personal care and patience with me was palpable throughout.

Bought my first two properties with the Search Property team in the last 6 months. First property in QLD purchased for 348k and renting out for $400 a week within a couple days of settlement.
Second property bought in WA for 332.5k and renting for $465 2 days after settlement. Never bought before so didnt know what to expect. Special shout to Deepak who was alway avaliable to
guide me through any newbish questions at the drop of a hat - super responsive and informative. Could not reccomend them highly enough.
