Got my payment pretty quickly. Getting tickets is dead easy. U won't make that much, unless lucky, but small amount of effort and no cost.

Seemed OK at first but I've noticed a large increase in spam emails recently and it is blocked for security reasons by my VPN. Since I have stopped using it the spam/phishing emails have decreased.

Been using this for a few months now. Have always paid out on time, despite what other reviews say.

Apparently they've been taken over by another company.

They used to be good, and I had occasional wins around £0.10-£0.20 which were paid out. I then won £1.50 in January 2025 which was not paid out, and I discovered all the other reviews that people hadn't been paid out for the past year or so, and so I stopped using Search Lotto thinking that it was done. However I have finally been paid out at the end of June 2025. Hopefully others have too. So the question is whether they are now operating properly again and going to keep paying out in suitable timeframe like they used to?

They used to be great. Payouts were quick. but now I am not getting any response on Help ticket #4585, which was posted on 17 July. , with the exception of the notification of it being raised..

A bit disappointed and am considering ceasing my activity

I sent an email to RG as requested and I never heard from them...so they are not paying out as I said but they still want you to search and make them money, they have no intention of paying any winnings to anyone.So DO NOT USE SEARCH LOTTO LTD.

When I first joined this company several years ago they did actually make winning payments , but not a chance in the last few years.
No answers to emails so save your time and don't bother to join !

I joined and had a win on this site. 56 pence - not much but it's been 6 months and still not paid. I've stopped using it now because if they can't pay 56p what hope have I got of them paying if I win big?

Join the club i have not received my winnings since August 2024 , they only thing I have been advised is that they are having technical problems . So far I have won around 0.30p but if I win big money I will start kicking off / making a big fuss!!!!!

This company cannot be trusted. Despite several emails from me asking for payments owed I received neither replies nor my winnings. Neither, recently, did my sister who coincidentally had the same winning line as me. We both should have received £1.50.
The company therefore joins the ranks of the SCAMMERS!!!

Iv read all the reviews and there is plenty waiting on there pay out i won £ 25 on 23rd of September and they gave me a number to ask my bank when i did they had no such number so who stole my money not worth the hassle I'm still waiting to receive it.Read the reviews before parting with your money.

I used this site for years and got paid no problem at all. My last win was on 2021 and I became inactive. I thought of using it again several months back and won last week. Unlike before, my winning this time wasn't paid. I should have read the reviews first before starting again as it's now clear to me that this company has turned into a scam.

Account interference. Stopped showing the actual numbers of any tickets in account online. No UK lotto entries shown online at all when email says won extra UK lotto tickets and no email of tickets issued so see nothing but search points still deducted. Past complaint email not replied to at all. Dishonest company, website information given not honoured.

they continue to ignore emails, continue to not pay out any winnings (I'm owed 3 lots now!) . I would given them less than 1star if possible. I have also emailed to ask them to close my account and to delete all of my details on their database-again they have not given me the courtesy of ANY reply. DON'T use this website!!

Until fairly recently I would receive my Lottery syndicate entries by email on a weekly basis but this is no longer the case. Like others I should have a small winning payment but can find no trace of receipt. My questions about this have not been answered. It now appears to be a company based in Gibraltar but I’m sure it was previously UK based.

I have been using Search Lotto as my main search engine for years and they have always paid winnings promptly. Since they refreshed their look last year, my last three wins haven't been deposited despite them saying they have. So far there's been no response from them when I inquired in to this. It seems to have all gown downhill suddenly. I think their time may be coming to an end. And no, I'm not getting them confused with the other lottery site.

I can not understand the negative feed back for this site.
OK the search engine is Yahoo but I have been using it since 2016 and I have had over 70 wins most under 50p and the largest £7.00, I have never needed to claim and the payment to Paypal normally takes 5-10 business days.
It's free so 5 Stars from me

Really don’t like the new website design as it doesn’t keep you logged in and really hard to use on mobile phones. Some of my payments haven’t actually been paid when you email them they just ghost you.
