Very Poor Support — We Lost Business Due to Their Delayed Response

We reported a serious issue where the search and filtering functions were not working properly. Despite repeatedly following up for nearly eight hours, we received no proper update or solution.
The support representative kept saying, “The team is checking,” but nobody responded with any progress, timeline, or resolution. At one point, we were also asked to wait, even though the issue was actively affecting our business.
Because of this lack of urgency and communication, we lost business. Their customer support was extremely slow, unresponsive, and unhelpful during a critical situation.
Very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this company to businesses that require reliable and timely technical support.
