Searates has the worst customer service ever it appears to be a scam. We have attempted to ship two full container loads with them from different locations and not got any results. The company makes quotes on their site, then when you contact them the price is either completely different, they ghost you or they cancel it automatically. Do business with them at your own risk and don't expect to receive any follow up

I've used them a few times but really can't recommend them. They are fast to reply in terms of customer service which I appreciated, but they have no idea what they are actually doing.

Latest shipment cost me $2000 in storage due to them not being organised with documentation. They really let me down.

I was in email conversation regarding a shipment I wanted to make. It should have been simple enough to advise and give me a price. However I didn't get a final price just more questions then after several emails I get an out of office saying the person I was dealing with no longer works for them and I have to start again as they will not be forwarding my enquiries. However now I've read the other reviews I'll will choose another company.

Absolute and I mean absolute useless and waste of time! I went to DP World office in Dubai and they pushed me to Searates as their under the table job. I was initially told by Sergey Dzhashitov at DP World that Searates is part of their business group but later the dropped service was clear that it’s a cowboy company. Messed up my deliveries, took extra days blaming Red Sea situation but Red Sea situation started way in November 2023. In short stay well clear from this company.

Do not use this company for any of your freight needs. They take a long time and keep adding endless fees and charges. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible. I sent my specifications and chased over emails, but no quotes ever came despite numerous emails.

What I can advise is that you should be careful with this company Searates. Our company requested an export service and everything from top to bottom was an absolute nightmare. A complete failure from dates to management. We had to get other company services to make the job done. There is no money to pay for the stress that this unprofessional company gave us. We can say unprofessional and unqualified people because we can compare it to a different company that seems a dream after a Searates nightmare.

we got 4 agents , non of which after intial quote , awnsered messages , non of the quaotes were given officially on the application.

We have been using the Searates Container Tracking API for 2 years. We connected the service to our information system with the help of a programmer and technical documentation, which is available on the Searates website. Every day, our system automatically sends requests with the container number and receives a response from the Searates Container Tracking API service. Thanks to the service, we know where the cargo is and what happens to it, we always see the planned date of arrival at the destination port. The service helped us track more than 2000 containers. More than 40,000 successful requests have been made. Our manager Ekaterina always responds quickly to all our requests. We are satisfied with the service and will use it in the future.

Appalling, do not honour rates and claim software errors. We booked a container and the rate was checked four times and came up the same price. Then the company ignored me until I contacted them only to be told "Oh we are sorry there was an error and the rate was wrong" to try and hike it up thousands of pounds. Avoid like the plague
