Throughout the initial booking phase, they handled every technical question and logistical detail with impressive efficiency. However, what really stood out to me was how the company manages unexpected challenges and communication gaps. After a minor misunderstanding occurred during the process, I was contacted by Alexandra, the After Charter Manager. She took the time to thoroughly review our entire correspondence and reached out with a sincere, heartfelt apology. It was clear that the company takes full responsibility for their service quality and genuinely cares about their clients' impressions. Alexandra acknowledged that the level of support I initially received was not up to their usual high standards. To make things right, they proactively offered a substantial €300 voucher toward my next charter booking. This gesture of goodwill speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to long-term customer relationships. Professional service second to none when they prepared our bareboat charter. As a result, pretty trouble-free trip over 7 days. All my crews enjoyed exploring South Ionian Islands at a leisurely pace.

The team at Searadar are excellent. They have done right by us for multiple charters and are a safe way of booking.
When a charterer can’t deliver the booked vessel, they work hard to secure a replacement regardless of company providing that is suitable.

I have used Searadar for 5 years and…
I have used Searadar for 5 years and they have been superb every year. From finding the best deals (book early) to sorting everything out its great and all done over whatsapp so no missed emails. The boats have been superb and when we had an issue a couple of years ago it was resolved very quickly. We go again on 2/5/26

Wide Selection, Competitive Prices, and Excellent Support
I’ve been renting sailing boats with Searadar in Europe and the experience has been excellent. They offer a wide selection of sailing yachts across European destinations, which makes it easy to find the right boat.

We rented From Greece to Turkey for fish.
We rented a boat from Searadar because our friends had previously rented a boat there and liked it. We sailed from Greece to Turkey during the low season, when the prices are quite reasonable and you can save money for a summer vacation. The main goal was fishing, and it was great, although the weather wasn't so great. We will definitely use Searadar again either this year or next year, as we were very pleased with their service.
