Robert finally solved a long-standing washing machine issue that had been ongoing since we moved in. Previous maintenance couldn’t fix it, but Robert methodically checked everything, discovered a badly clogged long bendy waste pipe, and sorted it quickly. He even came at short notice so we could start using it again straight away. He also sorted out our oven for us, which was another big help.
Fantastic service, very knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend Robert to everyone!

Haven’t used Robert but contacted him this morning and he was extremely helpful and honest. He advised what could be wrong with my fridge freezer and the possible costs and it was probably not worth the cost of repairing. I very much appreciated his honesty (he doesn’t service my brand of fridge either so it’s not that he is too busy or anything like that) and will keep his number if I have problems with other appliances.

Robert came and checked my washing machine and found the drum was damaged. He took a photo of the damage so we could see for ourselves. A very friendly and efficient chap. Very reasonable callout fee.

I would definitely recommend Robert. Really nice and polite guy. Prompt response and really helpful. Helped me with my hoover who stopped working.

Our Bosch dishwasher stopped working. Robert came out promptly and spent sometime locating the bockage.
He found it and fixed it and everything was tested and put back promptly.
He worked quickly and thoroughly and is good vaalue for money
