Hi Penelope, I genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback, and I also want to provide additional context for anyone reading this review.
Over the course of more than a year working together, I invested a tremendous amount of personal time, guidance, and ongoing support into helping you succeed because I genuinely cared about your progress and wanted to see you win.
After consistently implementing the systems we worked on together, you achieved meaningful financial results, including generating nearly $15,000 during one of your strongest months, which reflected the level of care, effort, and support I poured into helping you throughout our time together.
When we first started, you were still figuring out your offer and direction. I helped you clarify and position an offer around marriage coaching for men, and once you committed consistently to the process, it worked very well for you financially.
A large part of our work also involved mindset, consistency, and helping you avoid constantly changing directions or searching for new methods. There were multiple points where I encouraged you to simplify, trust the process, and return to the original system I taught you. Once you committed consistently, that’s when you began seeing your strongest results.
You also expressed to me directly that my program was the first one that genuinely helped you create real momentum and meaningful results in your business.
I also provided a very high level of access and support, including continuing to help you long after the standard scope of the program had concluded. That’s ultimately why I needed to create clearer boundaries around ongoing consulting and support moving forward.
I want to respectfully clarify a few things.
First, the claim that there was a “lack of support” does not accurately reflect the amount of time, communication, access, and guidance I provided over more than a year. In reality, much of the disagreement came from the opposite, the level of continued support, consulting, and call reviews being requested far beyond the original scope of the engagement.
At one point after several sales calls did not convert, I gave direct feedback that improvements needed to be made on the sales side. Looking back, I could have communicated that with more emotional awareness during a discouraging moment, and I take accountability for that. My intention was never to insult or tear you down. Honest feedback is part of coaching, and my goal was always to help you improve and succeed.
I also want to clarify the “upsell” concern. By that stage, we had already worked together far longer than the standard duration of my program, and the level of additional support being requested had grown significantly beyond what was originally included. You had also already made significantly more than what you originally invested into working with me, including nearly tripling your investment during one of your strongest months alone. What I communicated was simply that if we were going to continue working together long term at that level, the structure would need to reflect the continued time investment.
Lastly, after you requested your testimonial video and screenshots be removed, they were removed from my platforms, and no testimonials or personal screenshots involving you are being used in my marketing.
That said, I stand behind the results we achieved together, the support I provided throughout our time working together, and the genuine effort I made to help you succeed.
The reality is, you achieved significant results through my system, including generating nearly $15,000 during one of your strongest months, and throughout the past year I consistently overdelivered with my time, support, guidance, and personal investment into helping you succeed, which speaks for itself.
I truly wish you the best moving forward.
