As someone who travels often for business, I've relied on Seamless Travel for numerous bookings over the years and eventually upgraded to their membership program for my travel logistics. My recent experience made me trust them as my preferred booking partner.

I booked a Black Friday promotion that included "Flexible Travel Dates," and later needed to adjust my itinerary ahead of an end of the year conference with my financial firm, Frontier Invest Corp. When I contacted the Travel concierge, there was an initial uncertainty regarding whether the flexibility add-on had been applied. Their team jumped in to double-check everything for me. They kept me updated while reviewing every details to ensure the add-on listed on my invoice.

I really appreciated that they took the time to investigate thoroughly instead of giving me a quick , dismissive answer. It shows they care about accuracy and their customers.

What made our experience great? Everything!! We met Anthea in 2019 She created our dream family vacation then covid caused us to cancel. She was more concerned about our disappointment than her loss.
