Excellent service

Excellent service. First mattress delivered was faulty. Someone called to inspect and agreed and exchange was arranged. Mattress very comfortable and supportive.

Mattress had to be replaced

Mattress had to be replaced after a month due to a fault. There was no hassle with getting a replacement, this arrived in two to three weeks.

Simply worth it

Was looking for a long term buy as we moved into our own home, I would say its definitely amongst the top 5 brands having tried something else as well

I bought a hospitality mattress direct…

I bought a hospitality mattress direct from Sealy, having slept on it in a hotel. I thought it was fantastic value, as the quality is superb. It is so comfortable, yet supportive. The purchase was to replace the exact same one I've had for 10 years.
Sealy's customer service is excellent as is their delivery service.
I would only buy mattresses from Sealy now.

The product has been a revelation.

This product has been a revelation. I used to think that I could sleep on anything. I now see that there is a difference between being in bed and actually feeling totally relaxed and at rest. Even if I am having difficulty nodding off for some reason, I still feel the benefit of being really comfortable and fully supported. It was a costly buy but well worth it.

Excellent service

The ordering of our mattress was perfectly straightforward and the staff I dealt with were very friendly and efficient. The delivery men were also very good and did everything to place it as we wanted.

Softer than expected

I am disappointed that the Sealy Holst Posturepedic Elevate mattress I bought is not as firm as I had expected after doing lots of research and trying different Sealy mattress in showrooms. All the retailers stressed how firm Sealy mattresses were and advised that a Sealy medium was equivalent to a medium firm of other brands.
Despite sleeping on the mattress for 6 weeks, I find it a bit soft and most definitely medium - not medium firm. Oh dear - a lot of money wrongly spent.

Have you checked with the retailer if they offer a sleep trial period? not all, but some online retailers do as you have not had the chance to try before purchasing.

Base of bed did not come with the clips…

Base of bed did not come with the clips to join it together now having to wait weeks for a convenient slot for delivery of replacement

I love my mattress!!

I love my mattress! I sleep so much better now! I don't know what to say really, we went for mid-way mattress not to hard, not to soft....like the goldilocks story, its just right!

Great service

Staff in customer services were efficient and helpful , delivery was earlier than quoted and delivery staff were brilliant. On time, very helpful and very friendly. Can’t fault the service or the bed we ordered . Very happy

I was lucky enough to win a king size…

I was lucky enough to win a king size posturepedic bed in a competition at my local store. I am absolutely delighted with it..looks good, is high and sooo comfortable. I have always had a topper on our bed but this one does not need one at all. Thank you Sealy. 💤 💤
