They were Brilliant helping me with my move , from the time of me viewing the Flat to me moving in, it was so quick on receiving my paperwork and getting it to the final stages , cannot fault them . Such nice professional people. Would certainly recommend them

I recently purchased my new home in Dartford through Sealeys Walker Jarvis, and I cannot thank the team enough for the outstanding service they provided throughout the entire process.

A special thank you to Linda and Liz, who were exceptional from start to finish. They were always professional, approachable, and incredibly responsive, keeping me updated at every stage of the transaction. Their communication was excellent, and they were always happy to answer my questions, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.

From arranging viewings to coordinating with the solicitors and ensuring everything progressed smoothly through to completion and key collection, Linda and Liz demonstrated genuine dedication, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this agency. I completed their application form and contacted them two weeks ago regarding a property as soon as it became available, but I never received any response or phone call.

I even visited their office in person, yet still had no follow-up. I then applied for another property last week in exactly the same way, and was told they could “guarantee” a viewing — but again, nothing happened.

The lack of communication is very frustrating. It feels like they don’t value customers or take applications seriously. I’m left wondering how they select applicants, as the process doesn’t seem fair or transparent.

I’ve applied through several other agencies and, in contrast, they responded promptly — some even called me directly. Unfortunately, this agency has been a very disappointing experience.I’ll not recommended to
anybody!!

We dealt with Laurie for a very complicated and protracted transaction for a commercial unit. Laurie was so patient and professional even when things got difficult. But for her patience, the transaction would probably have failed.

Recently went through sealeys to find a property for me and my little boy and it was the most smooth sailing process, I met with Olivia to view 2 properties and felt at ease and reassured. She answered all my questions and was such a friendly person, I felt at so much ease dealing with Olivia the whole way through the process. Very professional estate agency and I would definitely use them again if I need to move. But very happy with the place I have found! Thank you Olivia :)

We rented with Sealeys for 5 years, everything was fine with Holy and Lesley and then Diane became our go to contact. We found her to be extremely unprofessional over email and also the telephone, to the point where we refused to deal directly with her choosing to contact Lesley. We think Diane would benefit from some customer service training.

I used Sealeys for years as letting agents and their customer service was fantastic, queries were answered quickly and the staff were helpful and friendly. I have now sold the property and used their sales department, again the service was excellent, from start to finish. They found a buyer quickly and kept me well informed throughout the process. What a great company, I’d highly recommend them.
